Very spacious, cosy, comfortable apartment, close to the beaches, well ventilated, with very good spaces to stay with family. it was very worth it and for sure we will come back more often

I've stayed in some Airbnb homes but this was with better attention the host's productivity I highly recommend clean impeccable apartment organized with everything in place

We really liked the place, facing the sea, very quiet and the condominium staff was very welcoming, for us it was all wonderful

The host was super polite, kind, always answered when she had any questions. It was flexible with the check-in and checkout times. Super clean and very large the apartment, in addition to the great location. But it would be interesting to have a washing machine, because in my case we were 5 people, being 2 children, and as it rained several days, the wet clothes could not dry. Only the machine was missing. But our stay was good.

In addition to the comfort and good location, the building has a great structure, very useful on rainy days.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We spent a very pleasant work day holiday. Excellent location, next to the beach in the right corner, ensuring tranquility. Beach equipment was set up every day by the condominium staff. Flat very well equipped and clean, with a parking space for a car and the possibility of getting pet. Very attentive hosts. I certainly hope to repeat the stay and have the opportunity to refer.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in all rooms, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.

Yuri and Márcia were very kind, attentive and helpful. The house was extremely clean and organized. Fully equipped kitchen and barbecue area. Bedding in great condition and amenities in all bathrooms. Safe location, with cameras and easy access to the beach and tourist spots. The only detail is that unfortunately the bathtub had no hot water. The stay was excellent!

It easily holds quite people, rooms with bathrooms, large bedrooms, good beds and mattresses. pool, hydro, sauna everything working perfectly. walk to the beach but nothing that gets in the way. They all felt at home. Renato always replied, and the homemade Marcel hired to clean up the days we stayed and it was really good! recommend and would come back

The house is spectacular and has served everyone perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, the location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about, the experience was amazing from start to finish!

I rented Casa Lia to celebrate my birthday and it was a WONDERFUL choice! The house comfortably accommodated the 26 guests, even in the bad weather. Before booking, I confirmed if I could have DJs and speakers, and they assured me that the sound was released, but I was reported by noise on Airbnb. The house was impeccable, with comfortable rooms, which pleased everyone. However, the wifi did not work properly, hampering communication with the co-host, ñ had a mobile phone network.I ran for Gabi's food service, but the quality did not justify the HIGH price. The moqueca came full of thorns and almost caused a gagging on a child, everyone was unhappy, I'm glad we brought barbecue! The vegan portions were small, and when ordering niver cakes that were good, she took a large chunk, which I found inelegant. The breakfast is good. Voltaria for sure, as the house is perfect, but no extra services

VERY comfortable house, with air-conditioning in all rooms, spacious, clean and organized. Camila and Silvia always with quick and assertive responses. The work of diarist of the 'Lu' which was super punctual, proactive, made a very good breakfast and without invading the guests' space, all very good.

The house is exactly like the one advertised, it was good for the family, we do not need to use all the available rooms, very full kitchen, very good pool, and space for children to play is well taken care of. We will definitely go back and indicate the house.
