Sensational, what a wonderful place, an apartment with everything we need, including washing machine, the very attentive Vanessa, gave several tips of places. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The Duplex Coverage of Mr. Pedro is located in a place with an amazing view: Mar&Monti… I and my family spent hours and hours in the Upper Balcony watching the landscape; we were in 7 Adults and all came back enchanted; The accommodations served us very well and are faithful to the listing; The Check in and Check out were flexible; simple and quiet; The employees of the Condominium are attentive and extremely polite; We travel with 3 cars and it was possible to rent parking spaces for the 2nd and 3rd vehicles, inside the Condominium itself; We thank the Host for sharing your property with us. Anyway, our stay was pleasant; we recommend and intend to return!!

Family trip - feel at home. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances. Bathroom Qtde (3), undoubtedly was a highlight for the rental of an apartment. The location is perfect, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage. Maria Nelsa was very kind since the first contact we had. We gave indications of gastronomy in the region. It was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return to staying at your home.

I highly recommend it! Communication with Patricia was great from the beginning. She answered all our questions and was super understanding. The place is amazing, extremely clean and comfortable and with all the necessary utensils. You can see that you are careful in every detail of the apartment. We love everything especially the view that is extremely beautiful, we had some normal day-to-day problems, but everything was resolved quickly, nothing that hindered our stay, I recommend 100%.

The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Everything is good, no comments, because the building is at the foot of the sand, where the seawater hits the building, and the apartment overlooks the entire sea and its surroundings. From the apartment you can see Pedra do Jacaré and the beautiful island.

We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! Very attentive, very quick in her responses, very respectful, very human and with a lot of empathy for our needs! We'll be back soon for sure! 😊 Thanks for everything Marta!

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.
