Wonderful place to enjoy family, super well-equipped and very close to the beach. We love the whole stay and all the attention that Letícia offered us.

The stay was wonderful! The house is super spacious, with many rooms and I felt very well accommodated throughout the trip. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils, which made our daily lives very easy. The location is also excellent, close to the beach Host was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times. I recommend with my eyes closed and I would definitely stay here <3

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. Apartment has a spectacular location facing the Sea! All close by including the center of Caraguatatuba that takes 10 to 15 minutes by car. Balcony side to the Sea, where you sleep and wake up listening to the waves of the Sea. You leave the apartment turning the street to the left the sea and more calm, close to the river, for the elderly and children and perfect. Bakery, market, not walking from 3 minutes. Well-equipped apartment, the only thing it didn't have was the large freezer and drinking fountain like the photo, I think it was in maintenance, and that's fine! Super polite condominium employees, everything is always clean. Perfect Pool, facing the sea. It has the Jamaica kiosk facing, just across the street. It's worth it, it was the best stay I had! Teresinha was very solicitous with everything and I am super grateful, I will return yesmmmmm Super indico galera, you won't regret it.

It was an amazing experience staying on Mr. Osvaldo, had everything we needed, clean, smelling place, wonderful view, literally foot in the sand. Quality and extremely clean bedding, even provide bath towels! Mr. Osvaldo a friendliness and education in the treat, we will return other times, for sure!!

My family and I loved the house , Amanda a love of a person , always giving me attention when I needed it, answered me quickly when I sent msg , the house very good, big, clean , the wonderful pool. Identical in the pictures. My only problem was with the noise RS , we can't make any noise, the house is in a very quiet environment, you don't hear anything. So my family speaks loudly and ended up bothering some neighbors. For those who like to talk loud , sound , messy. This is not the place, it is a place to relax and rest. Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

It was the second time I stayed in the apartment of Beatriz and Roseli, and since the first time the hosts are very attentive responding quickly, the employees of the Barlavento Condominium are gentle and helpful, the apartment has a privileged location, exactly like the photos and descriptions, I intend to return in the coming years.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.
