The house is very cozy, comfortable, in a neighborhood that permeates the Atlantic Forest, provided us with the rest we needed and gave us quick and easy access to Picinguaba beach. The listing description matches the reality we encountered. Andrea responded quickly to all our messages and was always very helpful. We recommend it!

It was a magical weekend. It was a pleasure to experience the whole island. The house is beautiful, and it has a wonderful energy. All very clean and organized. All the people we had contact with on the island were very receptive and attentive. Without a doubt we will return.

I traveled with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay at Fausto's house during Carnival. The house is exactly as in the pictures: simple, cozy and very nice. The balcony is too hot. Fausto was an exceptional host, very helpful from the first contact. He answered all our questions, gave great tips for tours and beaches in the area, and even helped us carry the bags at 3:30 am when we arrived. The house has everything you need to cook, and we take the opportunity to make all our meals there. We buy fresh fish with the fishermen there from the village. Picinguaba is a quiet getaway, even at Carnival. The only issue was the parking difficulty, since the village is small and has few spots, but nothing that hindered the experience. I highly recommend the stay for those looking for peace and a charming place close to nature. I will definitely return. Valeu, Fausto!

Very beautiful and quiet place. Even though it took a few closed days, it was still possible to enjoy the place with that wonderful view. I recommend it and I'll be back soon.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

The house is simply wonderful. Clearly an old and traditional Paraty house, very well cared for and very charming. The location is an ideal mix between being close to the bustling region of the historic center, shops and restaurants, and at the same time far enough away for the street to be quiet and without much movement. Both Luan and Dona Izaura that we welcomed were very nice. I will certainly stay with them again if I return to Paraty

We had an incredible experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The space is beautiful, cozy and in extremely good taste. Incredibly well equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show in themselves, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and always asks to help. The bedroom bed and all the bedding are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

A true paradise... For those seeking rest and peace, this is the place, we intend to return for sure. The cottage is very suitable for a couple, rustic, beautiful and with everything you need for a few days. Lucas and Renata are incredible hosts, they have a kiosk next door that is worth visiting, the dishes and drinks are wonderful, not to mention the kindness of them and their employees. It's worth living this experience!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The stay was very good! Everything was like the photo, the house was very clean and organized! The stairs are bad for those with small children, because we couldn't use the bed and stayed on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a lack of signage to get to the house, to facilitate its location. But otherwise, it was impeccable, everything as described.

A glass cabin surrounded by nature, to the sound of the river, the birds, the wind. Wonderful place. Cozy, with privacy, an unforgettable experience sleeping and waking up and living surrounded by nature. The Cabana is extremely comfortable, beautiful and well cared for. We were wonderfully welcomed by Constanza and Alexandro, we felt comfortable. The environment immediately has us more, quiet and a little isolated while enjoying the amenities. To access the accommodation, a short 3-minute walk, the car remained in a shaded and safe parking lot, in Trindade, it's safe everywhere and peace and love, in any case at this time when it's less frequented, it's even the best time to come because, it's still a real summer ++, heat during the day, cool at night to sleep well. We were charmed by the bucolic and tropical side. Ideal for admiring the lush nature in the hammocks. In the accommodation, with beautiful bay windows, it was perfect, clean and tidy. We took advantage of the breakfast offered, not to be missed! Around, there are supermarkets, and restaurants with their feet in the sand, the dream.
