Fabi's apartment is a spectacle! Everything is new, well-equipped kitchen, rooms with comfortable beds, large sofa, and what can I say about the view! 😍😍😍 a high floor spectacle where we have the view of the rooms and living room to the sea, waking up with this view every morning was a 🙏🏻 wonderful blessing😍😍😍! Fabi was very attentive from check-in, she welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend your space, and we will definitely be back 👍🏻👏🏻😉

Christiane and the family were super nice to me, I felt very good with them. The studio is very comfortable despite the limited space, but it is very well thought out for those who just want to spend a couple of nights without having to cook.

I loved the stay at Carol's place. I confess that I was afraid because the location here does not match that of the place, but Carol was super requests and called us and explained the right address and everything went well at the end. Amamos muuuito the place, the house is great, a very rustic, pleasant and cozy environment. I appreciate Carol's care with the local instructions and tips. The shipyard beach is the best in the region, without a doubt. Many thanks for everything and for making our trip amazing.. we will certainly be back!!

Very beautiful and well located place.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

Very good location, full apartment, full kitchen utensils too, which helped us a lot in the accommodation. Flexibility for entry helped us a lot, 24-hour concierge. Air conditioning and fan in all rooms! Impeccable cleanliness, good bed and bath linens. I highly recommend it

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
