The accommodation is excellent for family and friends, with comfortable rooms and private bathroom. The house offers several utensils and has plenty of space for everyone to be at ease, providing a feeling of being at home.

Suellem always very helpful, always responding quickly by wp. Made a point of taking us onsite and introducing the house, it was flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is very good, with a wonderful, indescribable view. Anyway, nothing to complain about, only good memories.

We travel 3 mothers with 5 children to enjoy the park Beto Carreiro. The house of Murilo served us very well, we had privacy, freedom to cook and the luxury of having the psychina warmed up after the day in the park. The house is well equipped.

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

The space is spectacular! FLAWLESS view, close to the beach, restaurants, market, pharmacies, etc. The rooms are great, kitchen with everything we needed, not to mention the great barbecue! Perfect place to enjoy any time of the year! As it was colder on some of the days, we took advantage of the fireplace and it was sensational! If it rains, the apartment has a pool table, foosball and a card/chess table. Tiago is cute, super attentive, answered all our questions and welcomed us with the best energy of all, super helpful! He gave us tips on restaurants, beaches, etc. I highly recommend it! It was just me and my fiancé, but the space can easily accommodate several people! There are three amazing bedrooms and a wonderful sofa bed, where the fireplace is. Note 1,000!

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We’d definitely return back again if we come back to Balneário Camboriú again! Thank you for having us!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

Our experience was amazing! The apartment is even better than in the photos - super clean, comfortable and super well equipped, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. I was in Chalé do Sossego and it was an amazing experience to stay literally in the bush! I had no problem with insects or venomous animals! This admired me mto, no pernilongo, cockroach or spider!!! The cabin is mto comfortable!!! The atmosphere is familiar and quiet mto! The host would quickly respond to all msgs! I did not like the shower (it disarms all the time and you have to go outside the chalet to reconnect the circuit breaker). Even though there is a plaque explaining the situation, it may be the case of calling an electrician! I classify access to Pinho beach as difficult, with high bumps and stretches with stones and high bush, although there is an exclusive trail for Nupinho residents and guests with gate and padlock (hard to open kkkk)! O homemeiro é mto amtencioso! The nearest cafeteria is to Pinho beach (and not mto good). I recommend bringing food to do there (there is kitchen in the cabin and communal kitchen in the common area) or order by ifood!

The place is clean, very cute and super well-equipped — perfect for a getaway from the big city and relax in the midst of nature. The decor is charming and welcoming, and you can understand the affection in every detail. Some important points to mention (not negative, but worth knowing): the staircase of the black chalet is very narrow and inclined, in the Santos Dumont style. So, after a few glasses of wine, it's good to go up carefully! People with mobility issues may have more difficulty. The cellphone signal does not pick up and the local internet fluctuates a lot, but if the idea is to do a digital detox, the place is perfect. The bed is firm, perhaps a little different from what we are used to, as it is the type that does massage. Vale stretch well before bed! It is well away from Porto Alegre (we take about 8 hours by car). Overall, it was a great experience.

Our stay was great, the flat is beautiful and comfortable and the water of the shower is wonderful ( this point is a differential for me🤷🏽‍♀️) , all very neat and very spacious. Excellent location. Monica is ready to answer us, but we don't even need to fire there. Anyway…nothing to complain only to praise and thank.

I only have compliments, the host was very polite and helpful and the place is sensational: cozy and very quiet, you can barely hear cars passing by but there are many beaches and some conveniences nearby.
