Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Capricornio

A great experience!! Ingrydy responded to us very quickly, always very kind and helpful! The staff of the building always very polite and attentive! The apartment is a grace, bigger even than appears in the photos! The always impeccable pool and the wonderful view! Valeu super experience! We didn't have any problems!

We are still delighted with such perfection of space. Super cozy, beautiful, very organized and clean environment, well located and extremely complete - it was certainly the most complete accommodation we have ever had. Even going in low season, we were able to enjoy a lot of São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Driele gave us great tips for places to visit, both beaches and restaurants, and they were all amazing! We will definitely return more often!

Apartment super well organized and clean. Well located and easy to access. They do not provide pillows, towels and bed linen, but this is specified in the advertisement! 3-story building with no elevator. Facing the beach, beautiful view! I recommend it super!

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Extremely clean and organized. The apartment is all equipped, all brand new and clean. Near the beach, you can hear the noise of the waves. Clean beach with quiet waves. It has structure on the sand of the beach with kiosks and bathrooms, as well as restaurants, bakery, market… we did everything on foot. The host we answered quickly and the custodian who received us is super charismatic and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Super recommend.

The great place to stay, especially if you consider the distance from the beach, the otimos kioskes and the square next door that has a lot of trailers at night. It is very close to Cocanha. Quiet and comfortable but the building and the apartment has stairs then beware of the size of the bags or shopping. In addition, the owner is super attentive and clarified all doubts, 10, I recommend it.

Renato's attention was impeccable from the moment we booked. The accommodation was very clean, very spacious and with a spectacular view. It's a very comfortable property with spaces that give privacy. It has a beautiful gallery where you can rest in the hammocks with a beautiful view. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which gave us the possibility of being much more comfortable. Highly recommend! Keep in mind that although it is close to the main street the road is on slope so I would recommend arriving by car. It's very worth it for the view of the house.

The house is clean and beautiful with a view of the ocean and sunsets, there are some places that have been refurbished and new.The deck and patio is a nice place!

Excellent hosts... They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, well organized and complete. We were very comfortable. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, which makes the location fantastic. The best thing is how friendly they are to welcome you, highly recommended... 10/10... The house is beautiful and matches the photos well. The dormitory underneath was convenient for the elderly not to have to climb the steep staircase. The access to the beach, from the lawn to the beach, however, had some irregular steps that made them unsafe. The outdoor area with an integrated kitchen barbecue is great for dining. It would be useful if there were beach chairs available that could be used on the extensive lawn to admire the beautiful sea view.

We loved our stay! The place is exactly as described, very clean and organized. Communication with the hosts was excellent — always very agile and helpful. We felt very welcome and we would definitely come back. I recommend it!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. The house is exactly as advertised and is a very quiet and peaceful condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

The home was cozy and very nice! The property was well maintained and very lovely. We loved staying here and would definitely return :)
