extremely clean apartment.. organized. felt at home. we arrived and had a sparkling wine Salton waiting for us in the refrigerator.. the view is more beautiful in person.. I would open the door of the room and give it with that amazing view.. we sleep with the noise of the sea. yes there are the steps as it reports in the comments was worth more than worth it every minute. we return home with the desire to return soon

My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. And the great highlight was the whirlpool, simply wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The location is also excellent, providing incredible moments of rest and leisure. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. Our stay at AP D. Cindy was wonderful and very well enjoyed! The accommodation is large, with spacious and cozy rooms at the same time, providing the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. One of the greatest advantages is the privileged location: in a quiet environment and, the best, very close to Praia do Lázaro, allowing us to walk without any difficulty. Lazaro Beach, besides being beautiful in itself, was our starting point to explore other beauties of the region. From there, we can easily access Praia Domingas Dias, with its crystal clear waters and impeccably clean sand, and also Praia da Sununga, famous for the charming Gruta that cries, an almost mystical setting worth the visit. In addition, Lazaro Beach itself offers the opportunity to take boat trips to the nearby islands, an amazing experience to admire nature. Another highlight of our experience was the attention and care of D. Cindy, which was always helpful.

Chalé as described in the advertisement, functional and sufficient for a couple. Great location for lodging with everything close by and all necessary utesilios, great beaches and options. We made 90% without using a car. Lazaro Beaches 5min, Sununga and Domingas Dias in 20 min of light walking. Leo always helpful and responded quickly to needs. We had a little problem with wifi and TV, but it did not hinder our stay. I took two dogs, one large and one medium, accommodated well on-site. I took the beach at times with little movement and had no problems, they swam at Lazarus. I recommend it without restrictions.

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again. Gisele, thank you so much for making our trip so much more unforgettable. We loved it.🙏🏻❤️

Everything is great, quick and easy check-in, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach. The only criticism is that when I received the address, Google Maps sent me to another location and I needed to adjust it with the name of the condominium, the street did not point to the location of the condominium in the app. I really liked it! and I highly recommend it!

Ernesto is an excellent host and the apartment is great. Dealing with Ernesto couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. The apartment is charming and in a beautiful condominium a perfect distance from the centro histórico. I highly recommend.

The extremely quiet place and the very nice apartment, you can really hear the waves (very strong at night) from inside the apartment, for those who like the sound of the sea and a beautiful view in the morning is worth it. The beach was very quiet even though it was a long holiday and is great for those who enjoy swimming, kayaking and standup paddle. The pool next to the restaurant and the beautiful view is also very good. The market within the condominium has really fair prices (unlike the beach kiosk). The host was very considerate.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

We had a great time at Ivan's place, even though weather conditions didn't help! The space is super comfortable, condominium easy to access and very close to the beach! We will definitely return more often!

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.
