We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. And the great highlight was the whirlpool, simply wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The location is also excellent, providing incredible moments of rest and leisure. About the flat, nothing to complain about. Clean and organized. It has a garage. Access is a little difficult to get to, but it's a short path. Difficult to communicate by message with the owner. I always had to call to be attended. And there was no help with recommendations for restaurants and beaches to go to.

It is already the second time we have stayed at the Apê and we only have compliments: clean and pleasant environment and the service of the owner Fernanda is immediate and she is always willing to help.

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in the apartment perfectly. The place is very nice and beautiful, has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large room and a large table. In addition, several amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, misteira... the building parking lot and the leisure area. The beach of the porpoises, in which the apt is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the site, we went on foot, but at night there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always use a car to go to other beaches and at night we also drive to Itaguá (some 10min) or to the big beach (4min). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure structures, swimming pool, sauna, several blocks, garden... it is excellent. We love the stay!

The house is in a condominium in Saco da Ribeira, where the main marinas of the region are. There is a mall two blocks with market, and good bar/restaurant/pizzeria. Beaches are very close, but I used a car to go all. I didn't find any paths I could take to walk. The condominium pool is clean, good size and good business hours. There is always an employee of the condominium taking care of. As in the ad, the house has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, but since it was very hot during the period I went, it lacked air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with all items you may need. Large room.

extremely clean apartment.. organized. felt at home. we arrived and had a sparkling wine Salton waiting for us in the refrigerator.. the view is more beautiful in person.. I would open the door of the room and give it with that amazing view.. we sleep with the noise of the sea. yes there are the steps as it reports in the comments was worth more than worth it every minute. we return home with the desire to return soon
