Supermarket and Pharmacy are 4 min by car or 15 min on foot. The house is composed of two parts. The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry.

For hikers it is possible to access beaches where you can only reach by boat or on foot, such as Ribeira and Flamengo Beach (a paradise). Near the Saco da Ribeira from where you can take boat trips to Anchieta Island, a preserved paradise.
