The condominium has a swimming pool with a wet bar, children's pool, playground with mini zip line, game room, barbecue grills, swimming pools, court and 1 parking space. One block from the property there is a market, the Ribeira Mall (with a pharmacy, shops and great restaurants), as well as the Saco da Ribeira Marina.
