Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The stay was great, home exactly as in the pictures and perfect for three people. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. On the first night there was a lot of wind, which enters through some parties of doors and windows, watch out for this if you have light sleep or trouble sleeping with the whistles or sounds of trees and bamboos. The only flat point was garbage on the beach, many plastic bottles.

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

The view from the apartment is beautiful and unbeatable! We loved reading our books in the morning during sunrise and evening during sunset while looking out of the windows. The kitchen was also perfectly prepared for us to do a bit of cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful. Please be informed, you need to pay extra for the linens and towels set (it is affordable but don’t forget if you need it!)

There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰
