I went with a friend to spend a few days in Ubatuba and we loved the house! It's a gem, it had everything we needed, a lot of tranquility and privacy. We felt very safe too, the doors were open all the time while we were on the beach and we had no problems. Tadeu was a great host.

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

“The place is exactly as shown in the photos! Mariana always responded to us very quickly. The place is safe and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Too bad we didn't stay longer — it was a quick stay and we didn't even get to enjoy the condominium pool. My suggestion for the house would be to add an iron and to put liquid hand soap in the bathroom. I'll definitely come back more times!”

The apartment is nice and quiet. It is close to the center and the most reserved beaches, by car. The site is the same as photos and descriptions, all instructions have been informed. We love our days at Airbnb.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is super organized, as is the whole condominium. The kitchen is well equipped, with a great variety of utensils and appliances, which made our everyday life much easier. We always had a parking space available, which was a very positive point. The leisure area is amazing, with several swimming pools of different depths, even though it is not heated. The condominium condominium transmits a lot of security and the location is great, with pharmacy, market and other nearby shops. Hosts were very attentive throughout their stay. It would surely return!

Manoel host is very helpful and polite. In advance, he prepared us how to check in, as he told us soon that the apartment was ready for us to enter! About the accommodations, the photos and description are true. All very organized and clean! We did not have any complications or dissatisfaction with the accommodations, even of the building itself, where the common areas are also cleaned! Easy location and access, very close to the center and to several shops, mainly bakeries and supermarkets! We love it!

Very nice apartment, size good for 4-6 people. Good location. Safe building, with swimming pool, garage. The staff of the very friendly concierge. Ricardo and family were very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my siblings felt very secure inside the building. It has market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach can also walk and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to come back because we did just a knock and come back! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towel.

Our stay was great! The apartment is very comfortable and complete, the check-in was extremely quick and easy. The condominium is super organized. Clarissa was very helpful from the start and responded quickly. The condominium is relatively far from the center, but it is easy to access. Super markets, bakeries and pharmacies are on the same street as the condo, so it is very easy to get to these places. I highly recommend it!
