Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Kitchen with all the necessary items, bed, table and bath linens (no changes). KITNET IS ALL FOR ITS GUESTS. The only shared areas are the swimming pool and garage (1 space) For those coming by bus, the bus station is nearby. The kitnet is on the 2nd floor, accessed via a Santo Dumont-style wooden staircase
