Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

We are 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to a grocery store, bar, restaurants, snack bars and general commerce. Vivendas do Mar is very close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk.
