Beachfront holiday rental in Praia do Sonho

The place is gorgeous. A peace. The apartment is great, it has everything we need to be able to rest and enjoy the beach straight ahead!!!

Guilherme was an excellent host. We are very kind and willing to tailor the house to our needs. Large, comfortable and very complete house. The courtyard of the house is fenced and safe, which made it possible for us to take our puppy Came in the fall, taking our elderly parents and it was great. Very nice beach, many beautiful places for hiking, two open restaurants close to the house at this time of the year. Centrinho nearby also with a variety of commerce. We on Saturdays and Sundays plus options of open restaurants.

It really was a pleasure to stay in the chalet of Airton and Bernardette, the place is really beautiful and connected to nature, everything was very well thought out to spend a few days of disconnection in a magical environment, away the best Airbnb hosts, they are very warm and friendly, they are worried and always pending, I would come back a thousand times and I would recommend them to everyone, it is very private and you can see an infinity of fauna. Thank you for everything, I definitely hope you in Chile ♥️

It was one of our best experiences on Airbnb! The spectacular house cleaning, smells, great bedding, comfortable beds, distribution of the wonderful and super-equipped house. We were with baby and we had everything we needed, cradle, bathtub, pool without chlorine. Anyway, only compliments for this wonderful space a few meters from the beach. We'll be back for sure!! I had a great stay in this lovely bungalow in Pântano do Sul. The location is fantastic – just a five-metre walk to the beach, yet set back enough to feel quiet and private. It’s a perfect base for hikes to Lagoinha do Leste and the southern tip of the island. The place was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated – I especially loved the hammock. It was a pleasure to spend time on the beach watching the fishermen and surfers. Milena was a friendly, communicative, and flexible host. Highly recommended!

The house is exuberant, as is the ad! Very available host, solicitous. A true immersion with nature! Spectacular view! We leave only an addendum for those traveling with children, as there is a need for constant monitoring due to the house being on the second floor, due to the risk of falling on the stairs and in the pool itself. Now, if the trip goes for two, we highly recommend!

Excellent cost-benefit option for those who want to stay in a location with great access to the mainland in Florianópolis

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

I will definitely come back more often, cozy apartment, clean and with a spectacular view! It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the waves and with such a comfortable bed!

The weekend was great, the house was simple but very clean and organized, it was exactly what I was looking for, meeting my expectations, a dead-end street with almost no movement, very close to the beach, and a market nearby.

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Very nice space, and close to markets and the beach. Very attentive staff. It is worth it for those who want to enjoy what the place offers.

Perfectly perfect! Excellent location, accommodation, I will definitely come back again. The only “problem” was that the gas ran out during one night and I couldn't use the hydro much, because the water wasn't heating up! It was only resolved the next day, and even then, that wasn't enough to give a lower rating! We loved everything.

Cozy house, well decorated and well-equipped. Amazing view of Silveira Beach. Attentive Thomaz, responded whenever we request. I just missed more bath towels. All the rest is great.

We were made to feel very welcome in the apartment, an extremely attentive and helpful broker. The photos exactly match the location and we love the fact that there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. The beach is beautiful, quiet and is very close to other beaches, such as Guarda do Embaú, Pinheira and Garopaba. Apt well located and close to restaurants and supermarket. Highly recommend :)

Mariane was always very kind, attentive and agile in all interactions. I felt like I was at my parents' beach house: welcomed, comfortable, safe and completely at ease. It is good to remember that, now in the cold, the place is naturally more focused on the summer. But if you like to have a good drink, cook with a breathtaking view, feel the peace and quiet around you, and walk in the cold with the feeling that the beach is all yours... I highly recommend it... d++++ really! I prepared a beautiful lasagna, pizza and a Bolognese pasta there. The kitchen is 100% functional and complete, perfect for those who like to cook! For those looking for a premium place and love the beach in the summer, then yes: you will be in a real 5-star. Simply GOAT. Tip for those going in winter: Take a shower during the day, the water comes out hotter!
