Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Tombo

I would like to thank you for the space — it was a very pleasant stay! The place is cozy, well maintained and perfectly met my expectations. The wonderful view of the sea, everything close to the supermarket and shopping mall, food court. Pizzeria next to the perfect building. Renato, thank you so much for your hospitality!

Charming ambiance and beautiful view

Apartment close to the beach, as described in the description. The staff are super kind and friendly. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. The host was super helpful and polite, I have nothing to complain about, I would definitely rent it again.

The hostess Dona Neusa is always proactive, always answered questions quickly, very polite, the apartment is well located near the market, bakery etc, it is very close to the beach, just across the street, great beach, in short, only compliments, I will soon return for sure!!!!

Good choice and the apartment is exactly as in the photos. Highlight for cleaning. Host Diego is very easy to communicate with and flexible.

The apartment is very practical and extremely clean (which counts a lot). The building has a very useful gallery of shops and services on the ground floor and a garage with free valet service in the basement (very convenient). Luciana was very cordial and kind, very clear about the house rules, which makes your stay easier and faster. The location is excellent for walking and going to the beach. Everything is great!!!

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it has markets and plenty of commerce. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We were able to have a BBQ and enjoy a lot. Bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it easy not to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want kitchens and wi-fi for remote work. For those who need uber, we are able to get around without problems with this type of transport. You can rent it without fear!

The place is very close to the beach and is great, we thought the apartment was great, however, one of the rooms had a strong musty smell (when it is closed for a long time) and a little dust, other than that, wonderful and the owner of the apartment was super kind, polite and attentive. We liked it very much and would come back!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Everything as agreed with Robson. He guided us before about everything in the house and the neighborhood. Location near the market, gas station, pharmacy and the beach. No news and we will certainly return soon. I recommend it!!!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

It was wonderful td, we love every corner, detail, place, a great location, td mt well clean, the polite and loving mt gatekeepers, perfect td. We felt super comfortable - like at home!! We have nothing to complain about. I intend to return smp, with certainty.❤️

Andrea was extremely attentive from the first contact — always very friendly, quick in the answers and available to ask questions and help with whatever it took. We feel very welcome! The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer
