the apartment is excellent. The unbeatable area steps from the pedestrian. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, everything walking. The apartment is very comfortable, both for sleeping, cooking, bathing, being outside, everything is a 10. It would come back more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio super attentive for everything. I highly recommend it.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

Great location, clean and organized house, easy communication with the host, very helpful. We only had a problem with the water in the house (water in the cable), but it was solved with the visit of a technician.

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

Very good accommodation, very quiet with friendly people in the condominium, well located for Tartaruga beaches and a good location to take transportation to the city center, which is a 15-minute walk from the center.

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

This cottage is simply an incredible experience, it gives you a view that is beyond words. A place of peace!!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

AMAZING STAY! Place is well equipped with your kitchen needs coffee maker , a blender which is hard to come by a plus . Cozy space , comfortable bed and enjoy the peace a quiet at nights. The grounds are well maintained I mean beautiful views while sun is setting over the pool spoiled is an understatement. My go to home when visiting Buzios. Book with confidence. The stay was great, close to Rua das Pedras and Praia da Ferradura, 15 minutes walk from each of the places. The space is very cozy and very clean. The kitchen has what you need to cook as a couple. (Bring seasonings) There is a market and bakery nearby, and a bus and van stop on the corner. Here are some tips to further improve the stay of future guests: Make a dish towel available. Maintain bicycles. (They were good, but one was having difficulty with traction) Make it clear that there are other residences in the same yard. We loved the stay, they are small things that did not get in the way of our daily lives, but that would make a difference. Finally, I want to thank the host for her attention and for always responding quickly. It was very good to spend this time there.

Clean space, apartment with plenty of utensils. Close to everything, we went to several beaches on foot; the location is privileged. Host, Ayrton and his brother, were very kind and responded to everything super fast. I recommend the stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

COSY AND WELL AIRY SPACE, GOOD BED, QUIET PLACE, WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW, THE HOMEMAKERS ARE VERY ATTENTIVE. ON ARRIVAL, WE FOUND THAT ONE OF THE SHOWERS WAS NOT WORKING VERY WELL AND PROMPTLY REPLACED THE SAME. WE HAD A GREAT STAY.

My family and I had an excellent experience at Daniela's house. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, beautiful, very well located and is in a nice and beautiful condominium. Daniela always answered our questions quickly and was willing to help us always. The maid is a plus that made the trip much better. I intend to return other times and strongly recommend Daniela's house to those who want to relax and enjoy a trip to Búzios.

The house is beautiful , all wooden and glazed. Very well built and the surrounding vegetation brings privacy. It is well worth knowing. Pena that the sun does not hit much in the pool because of the trees. What I didn't like was the lack of security. The entrance to the houses is open. Anyone can enter. Since I was alone with girls , I felt insecure. Maybe with more people it didn't feel like that. And the bottom room is isolated from the rest of the house. Appliances must be modernized tb.Porem is worth the house. For it is beautiful.

The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (barbecue and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, they even have a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to be able to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thanks friends, it makes you want to come back always!!
