I simply loved the apartment, everything was very well organized and totally complete. I felt super comfortable, not to mention the balcony that has an incredible view and a very good space. Cláudia is very friendly and very attentive, she always answered my messages very quickly! I simply loved it.

The apartament has everything you need dor great confort. Having breakfast on the balcony Is extremly relaxing, there Is a lot of nature around and it makes ir very peacefull. Highly recommended to stay here. Greatest vacation ever!

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

The apartment is a cute little girl. All tidy. Beautiful view. It has bed and bath linens. Comfortable bed. The beach is close, but it's about a 10-minute walk. We went by car. My only complaint is that there was no hair dryer.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at a next chance!

Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos is always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

We felt very good in the inn , very cozy and with a view of the very nice rua das Pedras. Lucia was very friendly and quickly answered when an inconvenience arose. We hope to come back to Buzios soon 🩷

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back again.

Our stay at Francisco's place was great! The host showed very kindness, as did Chris who welcomed us very well. Communication with both was very easy and a highlight for us was the flexibility at check in. The building was impeccably clean and smelling, as was the bed linen. All very organized and the decoration with very refined details. The space is equipped with everything we need to be away from home. Another strong point for me is the fact that Francis offers bed and bath linens. The place is very quiet and very airy as it runs a gentle breeze night and day.

Gislaine's house is very comfortable and has all the necessary elements for a good stay. The kitchen is very complete if you like to cook. The bathrooms are small but the water always comes out beautiful and they are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable. And the terrace is a beautiful place to have breakfast while enjoying the sea. Gislaine is a very considerate and attentive host. Thank you Gislaine! We had a great time at your home!

Fabio is an excellent host, always willing to listen and help us. The place is perfect, close to everything! We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything, except the market. We only missed having bed linen included in the price (you can pay separately) and dishcloth and floor cloth. But nothing that can't be taken from home. We'll be back for sure!

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! One of the most responsive and considerate hosts we have ever stayed with. The place was clean, organized, and was exactly as described. I would stay here every time I am in Cabo Frio.

Beautifully cared for apartment and it is exactly as in the pictures. In addition, the kitchen is quite complete. Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you want to go to the bathroom or pick something up at the Ap, it's pretty quick! Another positive point: it is facing a fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. Apartment balcony makes it well ventilated, clear and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and the availability of Ceiça. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.

The experience was incredible! Easy and responsive check in. A secluded view, in addition to the possibility of sleeping listening to the sound of the sea. The proximity of the beach and easy access were also strong points.

I am in love! Excellent apartment, are a few steps from the concierge to the beach of the fort. Super comfortable, airy, clean. I was truly delighted. It was beyond my expectations. I'll always go back.
