The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Perfect experience at the beach house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was simply wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and very well organized. From the moment of arrival, it was clear the care and attention to detail that the hosts have. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned with ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back again.

Most amazing AirBnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!! Incredible views from the terrace and inside, home is spectacular with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Bryce and Adriana were very kind, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house manager Fabio was extremely helpful! Location is central and walkable to many beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your stay, hope to visit again☺️☺️

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. the apartment is excellent. The unbeatable area steps from the pedestrian. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, everything walking. The apartment is very comfortable, both for sleeping, cooking, bathing, being outside, everything is a 10. It would come back more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio super attentive for everything. I highly recommend it.

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Wanda is an excellent person concerned at all times, as a family with children we felt at home at all times, she welcomed us with some very rich foods and the design of the house very comfortable, clean and the beds and bedding with an exquisite smell. Recommended. 💯 Thank you Wanda!

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.

The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large room with American kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are located in the lower part of the land, having a lot of privacy. It's like three apartments, very comfortable. A beautiful view in all rooms. I recommend for large families or trip with friends. It is necessary to have a car, as the house is in a nose and in my opinion, you have to go by car to the beaches. Thanks so much Lily!

We arrived in the Ferradura neighborhood not knowing what to expect from the accommodation and it turned out to be very efficient in terms of logistics location since it is in the middle of Buzios. And it's important if you want to go through all the points of the city and go out at night. The apartment has just what you need And it has some additional services that are good for barbecues, pizzas or enjoying the day at the park Honestly, between price and quality, from what I saw in Buzios, it's really recommended The only thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to walk, there is a steep climb to the house, but it's nothing out of the ordinary if you want to enjoy the tranquility of a pleasant neighborhood. On Thursday nights, there is an excellent food fair a block away that was very good and fun with more city people Claudia was always attentive to everything I asked her and gave me some additional advice

Our stay was excellent. The hosts are super polite and helpful, the house was exactly what we were looking for, the inside of the house is simple, but cozy, the mattresses are good, the outside area is delightful. It was a weekend of rest and peace, everything flowed very well. The location is great, you can enjoy both the beach and the house. The secretary who went to cook too, made a lunch the way we asked, I recommend everything.

Wonderful house, with a beautiful view! Everything finely decorated making the atmosphere welcoming! Only detail left to be desired were the showers that we were unable to adjust the temperature to take a pleasant bath. Super recommend the house, it was incredible days! Thank you.
