As a beginner on Airbnb, we get that fear, we do a lot of research, until we find a listing that looks good, we take risks and make the reservation, because well, with Carla you can do it without fear. Who once was, you know, but whoever wants to go, go! The space is in the heart of bohemian and gastronomy of Cabo Frio (about 40m), more precisely, in the Passage neighborhood, but also very close to the canal, with another immense variety of bars and restaurants, and the beach of the fort is right there, that is, a more than perfect location (other than that the Ilha do Japónes is 1 minute by boat, and the taxi boat is about 100m from the house). As for the infrastructure, super pleasant, cozy, useful, smelly, clean, new, in perfect condition. A place not only to sleep, but even to spend the day, cook, watch a movie. It is without regrets, literally, five stars.

No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (walking distance) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it very easy. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores in the vicinity. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

Great house, Simone served us very well, always responded quickly, we were served in all requests, we were very well accommodated and comfortable, the house corresponds exactly to what is in the photos.

I have tried to book again for the summer, but I fully understand why I have a full schedule… everyone deserves to live this experience! Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos is always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

Wonderful stay! Great structure of the rooms for comfortable sleeping,the kitchen for meals,perfect Wi-Fi signal,great safe location and close to the beach and the hostess is very attentive ! Thank God everything was perfect! I recommend it.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accommodation. We went as a family in low season. Only 3 houses were occupied. However, the condominium is very well distributed and the building conditions are very good. The area is quiet and very close to the restaurant area and 3 very nice beaches. The rest is very accessible by Uber/taxi/minibus. The attention and predisposition was very correct. We had an excellent stay.

I and my family loved the accommodation. The place is perfect, nor do you need to take the car to go to the beach. And at the same time the place is quiet to rest. the apartment has everything you need. The 3 bedrooms with suite is great for large family like mine. Everything was clean and organized. the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches. Cozy apartment I felt at home, all the instructions about the apartment were very clear and my stay was excellent for sure I will come back more often.
