Premium tiny room, perfect location

Small, lovingly designed room - 12 sqm - in the listed old building facing the leafy courtyard. The windows are protected from view with translucent pleated blinds and an opaque velvet curtain darkens at night. There is a box bed with 140 cm, reading lamp, closet, wall mirror and hanging options. The small bathroom with a towel radiator has no door, but is protected from view when using the toilet and shower. Restaurants and the S-Bahn [suburban train] are minutes away. Wi-Fi for Zoom is too weak.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

My friend and I stayed at Reda's place and had a wonderful time. The peaceful setting in a residential neighborhood was great as was the proximity to markets, restaurants, and public transportation. Reda was so kind and welcoming and even met us at the train station to walk us the couple of blocks to the unit. She also checked in on us to ensure all was well. I would gladly stay there again.

Gerhard is a very welcoming and friendly host, always responsive and made me feel so welcome.The rooms and common areas are clean and artistic.Lots of plants in the kitchen and balcony, alive.The location of the house is great, you can walk to the old town, and public transport is also very convenient, whether it is in the city or going to the surrounding area.I had two perfect nights here and will be back again with the opportunity!
