Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Prati, Rome

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Beautiful space, clean, private and spacious. We loved the lemon trees, beautiful fragrance when you stepped out in the morning and when we returned in the evening. Loved the location, up the Clico stairs and 10 min walk to the Vatican Museum.

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

Mana’s place was great. First floor apartment so no stairs to clime. The second bedroom requires a few narrow steps and also the living room which is in the basement. Location, location, location. This what makes Mana’s place unique. A few steps from the famous Trevi Fountain. Mana was extremely helpful. She was there to receive us when we arrived and help us get taxis when we need them the most. In continuous communication with us throughout the trip. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic—very convenient for getting around. The Spanish Steps, along with several great shops and restaurants, are just around the corner. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The pullout couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Just a heads-up: there’s only one bathroom, which can be a bit challenging with five people, but we managed. The host was excellent—very friendly and super responsive. Would recommend!

What an amazing stay! The history of this special apartment made it one of my favorite places I have ever found on Airbnb and the location is perfect. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come again next time I visit Rome with my family. Grazie mille.

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

This is a beautiful apartment that is literally steps from the Vatican. There was great communication with Chiara and our check in was flexible as we were just arriving in town that day and had other tours we were doing. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Lovely appartment and clean with everything we needed. The location was perfect, could walk to pretty much anything we visited. Marco was very quick to communicate with us if we needed assistance and extremely helpful.

Lovely apartment that puts you in easy walking distance of all of Rome’s highlights plus all the amazing food in Trastavere. Very quiet for being in a bustling neighborhood, and Giulio has a wealth of information about restaurants, gelato, and cocktail bars. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Feffo & Daro’s. The accommodate was simply amazing and their associates Fede and Joy were a pleasure to work with. Fede helped with transportation, restaurant recommendations and instructions. Joy met us and gave clear instructions and gave us flexibility to leave bags inside. The apartment is well appointed and beautiful with sweeping views from the top floor and unique bedrooms.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

The house is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in! Furnished in a modern but original style, a very well-kept environment and super clean. It has all the comforts. A beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Vanity set in the bathroom with things I had never found anywhere else. I felt right at home. The location is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery, relaxing environment. Between visits, I enjoyed the garden, the super comfortable sofa and TV with access to Netflix. Cosme, the landlord was very kind and caring. He asked me even before I arrived if I needed anything he could buy for me. During the stay he came to meet me and gave me many useful tips for visiting the city and sailing the San Lorenzo neighborhood, which I found very authentic and lively. I mean, I found a hidden gem in this house! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the experience to everyone.

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

We arrived by car and it was a pleasant time. Perfect for juxtaposing site visits and romantic holidays with the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. 😊👍💯 Everything was functional and related to the photos. Small touches like Italian cakes or coffee are very much appreciated. The air conditioning allows you to sleep well😴☀️😎. We had a magical time in this beautiful city of Rome, with a wonderful host. The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Our stay at Diana’s and Mario's home was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — full of charm, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Diana's thoughtful touches — delicious food, excellent wine, and her genuine kindness — made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and coming back to such a cozy and peaceful place after a busy day was a true pleasure. We are deeply grateful for this experience and would love to return one day. Thank you, Diana and Mario, for making our Easter holiday so special!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.
