Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Prati, Rome

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Lovely apartment that looks just like its photos, set in an area where we felt safe. Air conditioner was great which was a plus as it was 36c when I was there. Great showers. A good 8 minute walk to the closest metro station, Barberini, and walking distance to a lot of things. My husband and I made use of e-bikes/e-scooters to save us from the walk in this heat to get to nearby shops and attractions like the Trevi Fountain.

This place is fabulous! I fell in love with the photos and immediately knew I must book this location. It goes way beyond the photos and reviews, though, because Giorgio is a superb host! I cannot express enough how welcoming and thoughtful Giorgio is and he dedicates himself to providing incredible attention to his guests. Every question was answered and assistance provided from the moment of booking until the date of departure. The home was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. The air conditioner was a must and performed superbly. The electric blackout window coverings were so unique and worked incredibly. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. There are so many sites to see and explore and also tons of shopping and food galore! Giorgio coordinated a private driver for us at airport pickup as well as last day train departure which was a relief. Don’t forget to bring cash for drivers!

Loved staying at this place-- the location was EVERYTHING. Extremely walkable area, lots of things to eat and see nearby, really doable walks to most of the major attractions in central Rome. Probably the best shower we had out of all our Airbnb's in Italy and a nice well-appointed bathroom. Definite recommend.

Amazing location in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of all major historic landmarks. The apartment itself was lovely and matched the photos perfectly. As noted in the description, the stairs are quite narrow and can be difficult to manage with large, heavy luggage—something to keep in mind if you’re unable to carry bags up two flights. Also, be aware that due to Rome’s regulations, the AC is preset to 24°C and cannot be adjusted. This felt quite warm for us, especially since we’re used to 18°C—our baby ended up sweating through the night.

Great location to walk and see all the major sights in Rome. Good AC for the heat in Rome. Washer and Dryer combo was great for clothes. Very safe with multiple layers of security.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

The apartment is located in a nice area, close to a beautiful viewpoint of Rome. It is beautifully decorated, safe, quiet, and provides everything you need. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

The apartment was everything as described and photographed. Super convenient to visit the Vatican and in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find and enter the apartment and the ability to drop off our luggage before check-in time. Stefano was super responsive to any messages and sent a great list of restaurant recommendations. Claudia was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight came in late in the evening and she adjusted to greet us personally and walk us through the home. She set up an extra cot for us in advance. Everything was straightforward and easy. She answered any question we had about the accommodations and the city very quickly. The location was perfect. We were celebrating the Jubilee and the Vatican was just a 5 minute walk away. Other locations were easily accessible via bus or metro. Just watch out for the pickpockets, we were almost pickpocketed three times in just the 4 days we were there! I guess we really looked like tourists. :-)

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Italia was a generous host and very responsive. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and at a great location in the city just a block away from the nearest Metro stop.
