Beachfront holiday rental in Pratica di Mare

Nice small place to stay very close to the Rome airport, only ten minutes away and easy to order a taxi. The place is clean and looks like it does on the pictures. Stunning view! Matteo is very responsive and helped us when we needed him, even if it was late.

It was really good place to be. There was everything what to need, and the beach was very close.

Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. I can't wait to come back to Civitavecchia and room here again. The apartment is equally fantastic with cleanliness, spaciousness, and a historical charm. Thanks Fabrizio!

Perfect spot!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

A little corner of paradise at Circeo. We have had an experience that we will carry in our hearts. The house is wonderful, with attention to the smallest details, very clean, cozy and with a breathtaking view, the kind that makes you stop and look in silence. It is the ideal place to truly unwind, breathe freedom and rediscover calm immersed in beauty🦋. The location is perfect for exploring the Circeo, but also just to stay there, simply, to enjoy the peace. A special thank you goes to the host: rare kindness, attentive but never intrusive presence. We felt welcomed, at home. It's one of those places where you leave a piece of your heart... and as you close the door, you already dream of returning.

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. An excellent location before or after your flight. Our family of five spent two days relaxing at this lovely apartment and on the beach after our eventful Rome visit. The apartment is close to the beach. There is a great grocery closeby. Also, numerous eating facilities and restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and on the beach. The beds were really comfortable, besides a nicely equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The cherry on top is a wonderful private terrace above the flat where you can observe the sunset and later the starry nights. Riccardo was really nice and responsive. He even arranged our transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
