It has a lovely open area for socializing, eating meals and enjoying leisure morning and afternoons on the south facing balcony. It contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Flat has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry wash/dry machines. Flat also includes an underground parking space and ski room.

The bright attic apartment is located slightly elevated between Davos Dorf and Davos Platz above the congress center in a multi-family house on the top floor. The bus stop "Kongresszentrum" is reachable in 2 minutes walking distance. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.
