There are numerous swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity. Your 84 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a private balcony. Layout: kitchen-living room, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with 80 square meters of living space and a large balcony. Completion mid-November 2023. The apartment has: 2 bedrooms with wooden floors, bathroom with shower and toilet, large living/dining area with flat-screen satellite TV and equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Towels and bed linens are provided. Heated with an air source heat pump via underfloor heating. No pets allowed.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Bergblick und Gartenstück. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich tolle Ausflugsziele, sowie zahlreiche Fahrrad- und Wanderwege. Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten und muss vor Ort in Bar beglichen werden. Frühstück ist nicht im Preis inklusive, gerne holen wir euch aber frische Backwaren vom Bäcker.
