Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. The apartment is situated on the second floor and consisting of: double bedroom, open living room and kitchen area with sleeping arrangements for another two persons, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Air conditioning serves the entire apartment and private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. From the apartment, the centre of Premantura, the camping area of Stupice and the entrance to the natural park of Kamenjak are all just 10 mins by foot.
