Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde und Kreativmaterial laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell, es gibt keinen TV. Im EG mit Essgelegenheit auch im Garten. Toplage, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

The attic apartment, adapted in 2020, is located in the best residential area in Premantura - in the first row to the sea overlooking the upstream islands. Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different, magnificent bays and incomparable flora and fauna. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Placed at the entrance of Rt Kamenjak. Only 200m from the first beach and 100m from the centar. Equipped with Kitchen, 2 badrooms, 2 bathroom and a livingroom. Apartment have a sea view from balcony. Bike rental is in the front of apartment. We are organizing all outdoor activities like biking, kayaking and stand up paddling. Perfect for outdoor lovers :)

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
