Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Vous serez chez l’habitant tout en ayant votre entière indépendance. Entrée indépendante avec placard ,une petite cuisine, une salle de bain wc, coin chambre avec un lit 160/200 pour plus de confort. Passez le portail bordeaux, votre logement se situe au rez-de-chaussée. Studio situé proche centre-ville et commerce. Parking gratuit sous les arbres à l’ombre. Le ménage doit être fait avant votre départ. Les frais appliqués sont pour le linge de lit et de toilette.

"Chez Marie-Rose" character city cottage

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Located in a small town served by all local shops and services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco, gas station) this accommodation is equipped with 4 beds, a bedroom with a 140×190 bed and a 120×190 sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. It will be perfect to host you during your various stays. A small outdoor terrace area is also available.
