We rent our family home next to an animal farm (goats). A veranda, entrance serving the kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, 2 toilets, one of which is separate from the bathroom. An exterior with large terrace, garden furniture, small fish pond, frogs, on a plot of 2000 m2, a garage with a large access driveway that also serves as parking. The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).
