The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

I was so surprised with how fast the host answered and how flexible he was we are so thankful for the early check it ! The place looked just like the pictures the pool was perfect ! We really did enjoy our stay!

The house is beautiful! There wasn’t a thing we needed , the pictures honestly did no justice. Absolutely stunning property! Very peaceful and relaxing; felt right at home! We are definitely going back , and will probably rent both units with our family. This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

This was my most favorite airbnb stay ever! Jess's place was very homey and super accommodating. The home is in a great location with many food places and grocery stores nearby. It was also safe and peaceful. Everything was as described and super clean, which was what I really appreciated. The self check-in process was easy. The home was very clean and spacious. Located on a cul-de-sac so it felt private and peaceful. Close to Allegiant Stadium, the Strip, and outlets/stores. Bonus that it is pet-friendly! Would definitely recommend staying at this home again!

This is the perfect house to stay in Vegas! Especially if you are looking for an home away from home that is off the main strip. Everything was so close but the location was quiet and peaceful. The house was super comfortable and we felt right at home. It was very clean and well taken care of. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here. Very close to great restaurants and not too far from the strip. The pool was nice. The only complaint we have is that the floor would make our feet & socks dirty pretty fast so we had to wash our feet every time when leaving or going to bed.. would stay here again especially for the price!
