La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. "Terrazza Sveva" is a prestigious apartment located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century building without a lift. It features 150 square meters (1614 square feet) of total living space on two levels, with four bedrooms (three bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds). It stands out for its large terrace with a front-row view of Castle. Its location allows you to easily reach most of the monuments and attractions that the city offers. The house on the beach

The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.
