Beachfront holiday rental in Primosole Beach

The drive down toward the water is in a small alley, get a small car. We were able to find a parking spot every day. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Easy walk to town for restaurants., there is a pathway along the water and rocks. Our host was responsive and friendly. Access to the water with stairs to the rocks. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

The best place to stay in Catania, literally by the seaside so many good breakfast places and there were not too many people. Percect for people who like to sunbathe go for a walk and prefer open spaces. Airbnb was clean and with so many accessories like spices, olive oil, some snacks, water and many more! Everything was just the way i expected it to be❤️ Thank you Dario and Gisella one more time! Definitely will consider this apartment when i will be coming back to Catania.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!

breathtaking views and tranquility facing the sea. We enjoyed staying at Marco and Omar's place, small convenient grocery store 100m away and owner of the jovial and honest place, nice meeting.parking on the street not too busy at this time of year.

Everything went great

We spent 13 perfect days in this place with a breathtaking life! There's nothing we need, Luigi is very thoughtful and the two small animals are adorable. The location is great, close enough to all must-see cities. We are holding the accommodation and we recommend it without hesitation!

We had a nice time at Melina's place as a group of friends, of 3 people. We were able to reach the address easily by rental car. Without a car and in hot temperatures, the steep ascent/descent is certainly a bit challenging. We had a very early flight and were even able to get into the apartment much earlier thanks to Melina's flexibility. It would be important to mention that Melina really only speaks Italian and the check-in was a bit quick, but we understood basic information thanks to English notes. The apartment is a little out of the ordinary but fine and we got along well. Melina was always quickly available for questions and sent us a few addresses for restaurants and excursion destinations at the beginning. When checking out independently, it should be noted that the entrance gate has to be opened with the key beforehand, we had locked ourselves in the yard in the early morning hours.

Prepare for the view! It's expansive just like the photos which was wonderful as sometimes the photos show a view that isn't quite as accessible! but WOW!! Carlos's parents met us at the property and showed us around. The apartment was spacious enough for us and our friends. The kitchen is small but we created some great meals! Definitely need a car. There is a cafe and petrol station about a 8 minute drive back up to the main road. and a Lidl and other stores a 16 minute drive. We were there for five nights beginning of November so pretty much no one around but imagine complex would be popular in the summer. pool was closed for the season. The only negative really was the entire complex itself....it was very untidy, weeds, the roads were potholed and generally poorly maintained. could be end of season but looked longer than that. However our apartment and building was fine and we had a great time. Thanks Carlos!

A place with a view. Outstanding view over the ocean, rent the apartment for that! The area is wild , with rocks into the ocean. Lovely place to bath, but it takes a little strength to come the ocean and some stairs to walk. Out of the season is there not many other people.

Everything was as expected, except for the photos of the pool that were not up to date. Being the current pool much better than the one published

The accommodation is quiet and has a magnificent view of Mount Etna by the sea and with a beautiful pool. Our host was very responsive to our requests and provided us with the requested info. For this accommodation, it is preferable to have a car (parking space provided) even if there is a convenience store at the entrance of the estate. The accommodation is well equipped (no TV) but the wifi is sometimes a little slow. The complex would benefit from a little renovation.

Marco was a fantastic host. He confidently guided us through the rather tricky entrance with all the help (the apartment is located in a very winding, incidentally not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other holiday resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marcos' terrace is a dream. Very, very fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, even if it's a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. I went to Catania, after 50 years, to visit my cousin and her family, and to introduce them to my son and his French girlfriend. A little Sicilian spirit, as an antidote to the prevailing narcissism, is absolutely necessary. And we started with the check-in of Mrs. Iole Amelia, a deep warmth. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, bright. It is clear that the host wants guests to feel at home. A print by Mirò allows for an immediate measurement, the bathroom has an imperial shower. Even the washing machine shares this vision, and does not risk waking guests with nocturnal squeaks. People with disabilities can only feel good if they can take a few steps. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, leaving the bedroom to the two lovers, in respect of the poem "I ragazzi che si amano" by Jacques Prévert, to everyone's great satisfaction.

Gaetano was very responsive and helpful during our stay in his apartment. The apartment is designed to fulfill all your needs. We recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view of the ocean and Mount Etna (my favorite view at sunset). Very spacious for my family of 4, and has everything that we need. The location is perfect for us to make easy day trips to Catania, Mount Etna and Taormina. Thank you Maria for helping us check in and showing us around the apartment. Very spacious and beautiful apartment with everything. Here you can just live day in day with 4 people. Spacious living space with 2 seats, fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, laundry, large terrace overlooking Mount Etna. Very sweet people!
