Had a wonderful stay over the Easter break here. It was really peaceful and relaxing for us, there were 5 adults so lots of space and nice size bedrooms/beds. Outdoor you can sit at the front but as the sun was out we went up to the terrace at the top which was lovely. All amenities were excellent and to a good standard. Instructions for check in/out were clear. I would highly recommend Montauk.

Arriving at larpool viaduct to Bridgett's House nestling underneath was just perfect!.. beautiful surroundings and so quiet! ducks on tap! quacking! the house was so nice.. everything you needed at hand.. a home from home! bliss to sit and have a cuppa tea and enjoy the view on one of 2 balconies! a perfect stay with my family! would highly recommend Bridgett's beautiful home! would definitely go back!... p.s. the Yorkshire water is great for a cuppa tea! p.p.s great big mugs for tea which we loved cause we're tea jennies! vinegar in the cupboard! proper! p.p.p.s we got to watch the latest series of the white lotus with the very generous inclusion of SKY! thanks Bridgett!

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Loved this place, very easy to be in, more spacious than we anticipated, comfortable, well equipped, all very convenient. As advertised, no problems parking just round the corner after unloading. Loved the bird clock 🤣 ... no complaints. Thank you.

We have just returned home from this lovely air bnb. The setting is lovely, the caravan has everything you need. We were all very comfortable. the garden is completly secure - so perfect for our children and dog. The wild life was lovely. Robert is a great host. We were visiting family so we only used the caravan as a base to sleep and eat breakfast. It's a shame we didn't get to spend more time there to explore the surrounding areas as there are some lovely walks nearby. We would absolutely return again.

A fantastic little house right in the middle of Hornsea. Great for the beach and all amenities. Very clean, warm and comfortable with everything you need. Jayne left us bread, chocolates and Xmas cake really kind. An absolute pleasure to communicate with and very prompt in all responses. Thank you.

Lovely little place, very clean, great value for money and clear and easy instructions

Beautiful apartment on vast estate. Furnished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great feel of space, light and superb views. The hall is 20 minutes drive from the local town. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track, you’ll like this. Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Great dog friendly accommodation that was still super clean. In a fab location with easy and plentiful parking on a site we have never been to before but wouldn't hestitate to go to again, well maintained and great access to beach & Cleveland way for lovely walks into Filey and beyond. Had a lovely few days at Clare's place. The Bay has all the facilities you need for a beach holiday with the family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and Clare is incredibly helpful. All you could want, plus we could bring our Labrador along too!

We've just returned from a lovely few days at kingfisher cottage. Jo was very helpful in giving us age appropriate recommendations for things to do in the area and allowed us to check in early which really helped in getting us settled for a nice relaxing break. Lovely stay. The only thing was the swimming pool needs modernising but the private access to the beach makes up for it. Nothing the owners can control.

Stayed at The Haven for two nights with our three year old daughter. Great location, close to Honeysuckle Farm which our little one loved and within walking distance of the beach. The house was beautifully decorated, spotless and had everything we needed, including plastic plates and cups and a bed guard for our daughter. Parking was super close and convenient. The beds were comfy - even our little one (who is usually up by 6am) stayed in hers and enjoyed a lie-in! Dawn was very responsive and lovely, even when we were daft enough to put the wrong code into the key box despite very clear instructions! Thank you for a lovely stay Dawn, we would certainly love to come back!

Lovely house on a nice complex. 5 minutes walk to bar/pool/shop and 15 minutes to a glorious beach. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the house was plenty big enough. The table and chairs at the back are in a real suntrap from 4 pm. The host was very responsive and helpful. Recommended
