Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Primrose Valley

We booked this for friends to use for their honeymoon. Charles was very accommodating and helpful when booking and the space was just perfect. Particularly appreciated was the wood fired hot tub and lots of useful local information helping them to make the most of their stay.

I can't recommend staying at Number one enough. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and included absolutely everything you would need. The attention to detail is what made this stay remarkable the cool cotton sheets supplied for if you were too hot, fans in the bedrooms, tea, coffee and milk. The rooms are all beautiful and spacious. Right of us stayed and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you Jacqui and David for making our time in Scarborough absolutely perfect

Just arrived home after a fantastic few days with family at Hellen’s property. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Hellen has thought of everything so the property has everything and more that you could need. We were a group of 7 (5 adults 2 children) and it was the perfect size for us. We didn’t have great weather so spent a lot of the time in the house playing games and chilling out and it felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great location for all the shops and restaurants and also the beach and sea front attractions. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again in the future!

A lovely cottage, perfect for visiting RSPB Bempton Cliffs and walking the coast path. The cottage was very clean and spacious, we were very comfortable. Gill was very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely few days there. It is worth using the train to visit Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough. A brilliant service which made exploring and walking options easy.

My grandfather absolutely enjoyed his stay here. Had everything he needs and it was right by the beach 🏖️

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

We recently stayed here and had a great experience. The property is in a great location with easy access, and it’s close to a convenient local car park (although it’s a bit small if you were travelling in peak time). The house itself is modern, clean, and well set up with good amenities. Communication with the host was also excellent. It’s a lovely clean place in a great spot, we had a perfect few days!

perfect little visit i have been, to Bridlington before, so I know the place, room was well presented very clean I will definitely be stating here again in the future perfeft for family get aways

What a fantastic stay at 24 bay view. The caravan and location was spot on. Everything was clean and tidy for our stay. Great communication from the hosts when asking any questions and needing information. Great location for when bringing pets as it’s a short walk to the beach and surrounded with grass areas. Close to all entertainment areas and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Had a lovely few days at Clare's place. The Bay has all the facilities you need for a beach holiday with the family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and Clare is incredibly helpful. All you could want, plus we could bring our Labrador along too!

We've just returned from a lovely few days at kingfisher cottage. Jo was very helpful in giving us age appropriate recommendations for things to do in the area and allowed us to check in early which really helped in getting us settled for a nice relaxing break. The cottage is beautiful with nice homely touches, comfy beds and everything we needed. Thank you so much Jo. X

Great stay at Tickle Cottage. House had everything we needed. This was our 4th stay at The Bay and would definitely return to Tickle Cottage if we visit again.

Caravan is extremely well-located in a quiet part of the site overlooking a beautiful lake. Spacious and well laid-out accommodation with nice verandah catching the morning sun. Really nice walk directly east down to the beach through coastal scrubland. Easy to walk into Filey either on the cliff top or beach. Lots of eateries and other Haven amenities on site but caravan is well away from those for people who prefer the quiet.

A super cute and cosy pod on a beautiful peaceful site, that was immaculately kept! The hot tub was amazing and the pod was equipped with everything you needed! We are looking to return over the summer with family and friends. Thank you!

If you want to be immersed in the most comfortable and stylish experience for your next stay then pick Peter’s property. There wasn’t one aspect of this utterly beautiful ‘vintage yet also somehow contemporary’ house that we didn’t appreciate - the stunning wallpapers, the fabulous artwork and furniture, the luxurious bathrooms, the comfortable beds, the kitchen, the attention to every detail and the heavenly smell throughout. It’s a very special place indeed.

We had a great stay at Smiley Filey. Great location, clean & tidy, and had everything we needed. Was also pleasantly surprised to find a smart tv (info said there wasn’t one) which was great as it meant our little one could watch their favourite programs. Messaged Oliver the host a few times with some questions before and once during (about where to find something in the apartment) and he replied quickly and helpfully. Would definitely be open to staying here again if we have another Filey holiday! Thanks for having us x

We had a fabulous short break in this beautiful property. We wanted for nothing and the location was perfect. Thank you for sharing this little gem. Just one thing of note is that despite being a dog friendly property, everything was immaculate.

Mel’s caravan was lovely , very clean and uncluttered . The caravan is as described, within walking distance of the amenities but far enough to have peace and quiet if you want it. I would 100% stay again and Mel was lovely , nothing was too much trouble , thank you for having me I’ll definitely come again x 😊

We’ve just had two nights here for my mother in laws 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house was spotless upon arrival, very nicely decorated and has everything you could need. The hosts are great at communicating and recommending local places, we had a great meal at San Marco’s which was a 2 min walk. The location was great, just a short walk down to the beach, walking distance to the shops and restaurants and nice and peaceful. We would definitely come back again.

Really delightful little place with everything we needed and extras for our 7 month old! The accomodation is bright and nicely decorated, everything we needed is within a 5 minute walk but parking was great to have too. Jane was super helpful throughout and check-in / check-out was easy. We've already sent this link to friends with huge recommendations!

We came 3 generations of family to celebrate a special birthday. Kay had gone to effort to put in those personal touches and communicating was very easy. The house suited our needs, was spacious and comfortable, which made for relaxed and sociable evenings that suited everyone. I would definitely recommend the house for large family occasions.
