Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

Valeria is very helpful from the start and gave us all the information we needed, both for the house and for the place. The apartment is practically a stone's throw from the sea, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The center of Marina di Grosseto is a 10-minute walk away, very convenient for dinner or a drink in the evening. We had a good time in everything. Thank you. ❤️

We had a very nice few days in Alberese. The apartment is clean, modern and cozy. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a reasonable meal. Elena was always available and provided us with tips for the region. 😊 It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach.

This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car parking lot. Highly recommended!!

We only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. We were warmly welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. a very peaceful village that offers a lot of tranquility, immersed in the typical landscape of the area, with the sea within sight! Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S
