Apartment holiday rentals in Principina a Mare

Siamo stati benissimo, Carolina è stata molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci anche un sacco di suggerimenti su cosa visitare. In dotazione ci sono le biciclette e la casa è a 15 minuti a piedi (5 di bicicletta) dal centro storico di Castiglione. Inoltre la zona è molto silenziosa e c'è il posteggio auto. Consigliatissimo!!

Valeria è molto disponibile da subito e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, sia per la casa, sia per il posto. L'appartamento è praticamente a due passi dal mare, per una vacanza di relax è perfetto. Il centro di Marina di Grosseto è a 10 Min a piedi, fattibilissimo per andare a cena o bere qualcosa la sera. Ci siamo trovati bene in tutto e per tutto. Grazie mille ❤️

Luogo isolato tra le varie cascine nelle campagne ma stupendo a prima mattina con il panorama fantastico con colazione all’aperto ed il silenzio che lo caratterizza per giorni di puro relax 😎 consigliato ✍️

Die Wohnung ist sehr strandnah gelegen. Sie ist groß und hat 2 Balkone. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants. Ab Oktober muss man bedenken, dass viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir können diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication facile. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Beautiful beach views and an incredible terrace to enjoy them from. The bed was super comfortable, the place was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine Woche in Scarlino. Ich war sofort in die kleine Wohnung und den Ort verliebt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Außer Frühstück und Salat haben wir nichts zubereitet aber der Ort hat verschiedene Restaurants. Pizza geht immer. Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte dann das es kaum Stauraum für Klamotten gibt. Wir haben das zusätzliche Bett als Ablagefläche benutzt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti,ma ogni volta che dalla terrazza vedevamo il panorama ed il tramonto..ci dicevamo che é una splendida fortuna abitarci. siamo state accolte da Eva con genuinità e spontaneità amichevolmente. un paese molto tranquillo e che regala davvero tanta tranquillità,immerso nel panorama tipico delle zone,con il mare a portata di occhi! la casa una chicca ma il bagno vince su tutto! grazie per l'opportunità e l'ospitalità alla prossima! all

Soggiorno impeccabile. Valentina è una persona d’oro, pronta a consigliare e disponibile al massimo. La casa era come bella descrizione: graziosa, pulita (cosa più importante), ordinata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione inoltre è centralissima, in pieno centro storico e ciò permette di muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi in modo facile ed efficiente. Niente da dire, consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Alberese. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und gemütlich. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zur Zubereitung einer vernünftigen Mahlzeit benötigt. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps für die Region versorgt. 😊 Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten.

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Lage war wunderschön und die Zeit sehr entspannend. Vielen Dank :)

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Chris ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und zeigt dies auch. Die Appartments und das Areal sind sehr durchdacht. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert. Der Naturpool ist eine Wucht, er reinigt sich per Elektrolyse (Salz). Unsere Haut hat es gleich bemerkt und sich mit Glattheit bedankt. Chris, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in deine Oase und können uns Elba ohne dich kaum noch vorstellen. Love B+S

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement hatte alles, was wir brauchten und noch mehr. Die Terrasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und wir konnten wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Mit dem Auto war alles in der Umgebung gut erreichbar und die Umgebung selbst war einfach nur schön. Isolina und ihre Tochter waren nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
