When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Chalupa je situována v obci Budislav na okraji chatové oblasti Záskalí. Kolem chalupy je otevřený travnatý prostor, v blízkosti teče potok. Je vhodná pro rodinu s miminkem a většími dětmi. Je ideálním zázemím pro ty, kteří chtějí strávit dovolenou v krásném prostředí uprostřed přírody a klidu. Chalupa k pronájmu poskytuje ubytování pro 1 až 5 osob ve 2 ložnicích s dětskou postýlkou. K dispozici je plně vybavená kuchyň, myčka, gril, povlečení, ručníky, fén, toaletní a čistící prostředky.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Accommodation in nature in close proximity to the Žďárské vrchy and Železné hory mountains. We will provide electricity only for the most necessary cases, otherwise you can enjoy a break from social networks and work duties. An outdoor shower is available from spring to autumn. You can park right under the patio. There are many interesting places to visit in the area.
