Everything was exactly like the description. Very clean and great home. Communications with Lavonne was fantastic. The location was perfect.

Jamie was an amazing host! From the moment we booked to the time we left she was responsive to our needs. Location is great! She gave us great recommendations to restaurants around the area. The house is great for large families and extremely well equipped with anything you need anywhere in the house! Jamie did a quick walkthrough at check-in which was different from most hosts I’ve encountered. Even the neighbors greeted us! We felt so welcomed! I’m highly recommend Jamie and her lovely home. Thank you Jamie for messaging me about the fairy lights, my daughter loved it and enjoyed her room ;) Hope to stay again in the future!

Host Donna was very responsive. House and linens were very clean. The neighborhood, while quiet was not the greatest to walk with young children. The best things about this house are the kitchen, and the view. Overall it was perfect for our family while our home was being renovated.

This home is perfect for large groups who want to be together while having the space to spread out and find privacy when needed. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners were responsive and helpful. We were in town for graduation and it was just what we needed!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

This was within close proximity to great seafood restaurants and a homemade ice cream shop. The home is spotless and very comfortable. It is decorated nicely and you have the entire floor to yourself. Plenty of towels and washcloths… and the refrigerator had a water filter. Very nice touches when you are away from home.

Draft #2 My wife & I just spent 3 days at Underwood Hale House and we can't say enough good things about it! It was a perfect location to explore Providence, especially Brown U & RISD museumm, both an easy 15 minute walk from this Airbnb. Also, several good restaurants are nearby, and we found it was an easy stroll downhill to the River Walk. We were a little confused about the unit's layout in the listing. You'll have a private entrance just off of the porch with a nice sitting area. Also, there's a large living room; an alcove with a small table & chairs; a kitchenette with coffee maker & microwave, but no sink; a bedroom with a king size bed with its own bathroom; and a very small "kid's room" which is also the access to the house's common areas, including a full size kitchen. The hosts (Richard & team) are very welcoming and responsive. Warmest thanks to Richard & his team for giving us such an enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved this place! Sarah keeps it perfectly clean and open. we had everything we needed. The TV was easy, the bed was outrageously comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Providence.

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

We really enjoyed our stay in this East Providence basement. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and the bed was ultra comfy. The ceilings are quite low, so at 6 foot 4 inches I had to duck to get from room to room, but I was able to stand just fine once in any given room. Parking was ample and the shower worked great. While there, the remote for the smart tv died, but the hosts were very responsive with getting new batteries to us which completely rectified the issue, so I strongly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely setting amongst historic. Peaceful, beautiful, well-tended gardens that invited quiet reflection and pleasant conversation with family.

Our stay at Kristina’s place was perfect for a weekend reunion at Brown. We were able to do laundry locally after traveling for a week and before traveling another two. It was quiet, serene and tastefully decorated. A great escape from the hustle and crowds of downtown providence and the brown campus. We needed more toilet paper and Kristina brought it within minutes. Great host and highly recommend the Airbnb! The bed was super comfy too!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged Airbnb. The space is cozy, exceptionally clean, and equipped with high-quality appliances that made our visit comfortable and convenient. Every detail, from the inviting interior to the restful atmosphere, was clearly designed with care. Anthony and Katie are outstanding hosts: warm, responsive, and respectful of privacy. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. We left feeling refreshed and very well taken care of. We loved our quick getaway! Walked down to the neighborhood dock multiple times and visited the brewery less than 2 minutes down the road. Super peaceful - loved the outdoor/patio area and the house itself! So cozy.

We stayed at Lakeside Landing with our 1 year old to enjoy Father’s Day weekend in the Mystic area. This place was perfect to enjoy a fire by the lake, watch the deer and other wildlife, and spend a few cozy evenings snuggled up in the living room. Everything was perfect!

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Karin’s place. She is a gracious host. There were great cottage offers beautiful lake experiences, including beautiful sunsets. She has a great waterfront and an expansive yard. It’s located on the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island border with easy access to 3 states.

Ethan’s place is in a great area. It’s an awesome get away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Very spacious. We could hear all the wildlife every morning. Sitting on the porch swings was our favorite. The house is so nice and secluded. Mary was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful stay!

Great little place, close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful. It had lots to do onsite, as well as a quiet place to hang out by the lake. It had everything we needed for our trip, plus many things not found at other locations. We will definitely stay here in the future.
