Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Ancona

The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental house, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, both from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

I had the pleasure of staying at Angelo's apartment for a week in August 2024. I must say it was a really nice experience. The apartment is in a really strategic location, a short walk from the historic center and just a few minutes' walk from the beaches. This allowed us to move around comfortably without having to use the car, minimizing travel and fully enjoying the vacation. Considering the privileged location, cleanliness and hospitality, I think the value for money is good, but it would be even better if the apartment were renovated especially with regard to the fixtures and bathroom fixtures. The host was extremely kind, helpful and attentive to our needs from the first contact. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us personally, showing us in detail all the features and providing us with valuable advice. Thanks Angelo, if there is an opportunity we will definitely come back.

Enrico's apartment is beautiful. It is very clean and very well furnished. You can have a wonderful time on the roof terrace and on the two other balconies with sea views. We felt very comfortable with Enrico! Enrico is a great host. He is very friendly, always available and very attentive to his guests! We also got along very well with Enrico privately! Georgio and his girlfriend were warm, welcoming and available The apartment receives a rating of 20 out of 20 The geolocation is perfect between the beach and the historic city, and for the practical side a Lidl 800 meters away Good location but unfortunately unmissable related to noise disturbances (train and noisy tourists at all hours of the day and night) The assessment remains positive for me and I will happily go back

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment in Sirolo. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, convenient for reaching everything on foot. The accommodation was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. A great added value is the private parking, very convenient in an area where finding a place can be complicated. Silvia was always available and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Excellent structure, exceptional location located in the upper part of Numana. Everything is very convenient and nearby, on foot in a few minutes you can reach the beaches and the large parking lots (also free until early June) are about a 5-minute walk away. Apartment as described, in 3 of us we were very comfortable. Clean and with everything you need. Francesco is always available and quick to respond to messages. We had a great long weekend.

We stayed in the Casetta del Vicoletto for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and perfect for two people. The location is excellent and allows you to reach both trekking routes and the main beaches on foot. Leandro is an attentive and caring host, always available. He gave us advice and directions on what to visit.

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. The appartment was perfect, everything we needed and more. Alessia and Mr. Paolo, are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. From the moment we arrived, Paolo made sure we felt at home and was available to help with anything we needed. The whole experience was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

We stayed for 9 days in Numana - lovely little resort, very relaxed with easily accessible amenities like cafes, restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Marie-Luisas spot was perfect to come back to every day, particularly the shady private garden where we could dry clothes & read in the peace. The appt had everything you need for a holiday stay
