Our stay in the room on the property of Agriturismo Floriani was wonderful. A welcome few days resting in this beautiful and quiet area. We had a room on the first floor in the building where multiple guests stayed. The atmosphere is very cozy and private. Andrea is very welcoming. Breakfast at the main house is typical Italian: light and with fresh fruit. Nice base for visiting Macerata and the summer opera festival.

5 Stars! Superb Accommodation! Besurifully appointed with a comfortable bed, modern bath and fixtures. Sparking clean, peaceful setting, steps to town. Breakfast was delicious. The host was friendly and helpful. I hope to visit longer next time!

I stayed with my girlfriend at Barbara's B&B. Despite the last-minute booking, she was responsive and available in providing us with feedback on the booking and address. Once you reach your destination, following a short dirt road (manageable with a normal car), the location is wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was well-stocked and could be enjoyed outdoors, surrounded by greenery and peacocks roaming freely. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely go back to Barbara's B&B!

Wonderful short vacation. Marco was not only kind but gave us great tips and suggestions for travel, places to see and where to eat. He personally accompanied us to the establishment where he himself took steps to get us the place for the canoe and lent us some small forgotten equipment without which we could not have gone around safely in the canoe. The atmosphere of the bnb is very friendly and relaxed, you feel at home. Congratulations and thank you for everything to Marco!

Ideal for a relaxing holiday also and above all with your own 4-legged animal. Nestled in the hills. We slept in the monastery, very nice, unfortunately the swimming pool and breakfast area are located 3 minutes by car, in the inn nearby. Super friendly staff. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.

A magical atmosphere that you can breathe in Montecosaro and Silvia's structure! In addition to the beautiful location, we were greeted with great care and warmth. Everything is very well cared for and clean in the property, nothing was missing. Not to mention breakfast! Lots of homemade products by Simona, from yogurt with muesli to cakes, with cappuccino. Finally, the hosts were very attentive to the pandemic situation; masks, spaces divided for the breakfast of the guests of the two rooms, etc. If we were to recap in those areas, we would absolutely return to this property!

Let's start with the view from the room on the Marche hills which is beautiful. The kitchen is shared with the other room, beautiful, organized and clean. Equipped with all the features. Upon arrival, you can also enjoy a good coffee. The room is just as pictured, beautiful, blue and spacious. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The furniture is minimalist and functional. Bed linens and towels are fragrant and clean. The general cleanliness is impeccable, you can see the work behind it. The cherry on top is the bathroom. The bathroom is great. Beautiful, spacious, clean and fragrant. Equipped with all comforts. The open space shower with double entrance is even equipped with a whirlpool together with the calming green light, making you feel as if you were in a SPA. In the morning we found a rich breakfast: including sweet, savory, yogurt, fruit, tea and coffee. Despite the short stay, my partner, two dogs and I had a very good time. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Leen and her husband are two wonderful guests. The place and the house are lovely, the breathtaking surroundings seem to be out of the paintings. I couldn't find a single flaw. Perfect for couples and for anyone who wants to find peace, rest, and silence. Highly recommended! See you next time!

Tamara is a kind and helpful host. In the 3 days we stayed on the guests helped us in the search for alternative destinations to the sea. The rooms are very clean, with air conditioning and are also equipped with clothesline! Breakfast is really super, with milk, coffee, fresh brioche, juices, jams, yogurt and fruit! Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and modern house, host family are very nice and warm. Wake up in the morning, the view outside the window is serene. I will come again next time I have a chance!

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Everything was perfect, newly renovated rooms, very well furnished, kitchen with a very nice fireplace, clean and cozy rooms, surroundings and breathtaking views. Maria Laura and Celeste were very friendly, welcoming, they were with us in the morning, they showed us the loft, the construction of the pool, gave advice on restaurants in the area the night before and directions on how to reach them. We felt right at home and will be back as soon as the pool is complete! 🙂

This place was exactly as described and better! Frederica was an incredible host. She provided breakfast every morning, had a spotless pool with incredible views and fresh towels, she answered all our questions and had great local recommendations. We stayed for a wedding nearby in Treia other than that it’s very small town vibes with beautiful scenery and a bit of a drive to touristy locations.

The view is incredible. We had a beautiful stay here. Francesca was welcoming and makes great coffee! Such an amazing breakfast looking out at the sea and stunning coast line. We stayed in the room with a great view. There is also a pool on site. We walked to two beach’s from the house, which was very handy.

Great accommodation for a weekend on the Conero, great location, accommodation immersed in greenery but very close to Sirolo and the main activities to do. Kindness, friendliness and availability characterize the staff. Great breakfast, we were very satisfied. We will definitely be back both to enjoy the sea and the mountains.

Perfect experience, we only stayed one night. We were welcomed by Rossella's husband, who waited for our arrival even after the scheduled time. They met all our requests, it was really like being in the family, thanks to their kindness and care. The room was super clean and equipped with every comfort, I highly recommend a stay at Rossella.
