Roberto and Gigliola are two very attentive and considerate hosts. We felt at home right away! The apartment is of excellent size, well arranged and very comfortable both inside and out. The beach and the sea, visible from the terrace from which we ate our meals, are a step away from the courtyard! Roberto provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably, Gigliola offered us the vegetables and herbs from her garden! all absolutely not necessary and much appreciated. we will definitely be back!

The house is newly renovated, it is complete with everything and in a fantastic location, because it is very close to both the equipped beach but also to the free beach. Also 10 meters from the house there is a bakery bakery with the possibility of having breakfast or takeout. There is a square in front where there are always activities at night. Finally, the house has a parking space inside the property.

Our stay went very well. From the moment we arrived we met Paolo and his dad who are two adorable people. All the information provided was very very clear. The place is super comfortable, bright and spacious, we immediately felt at home there. Very comfortable bedding in both bedrooms. Triple glazing and electric shutters are a significant amenity. Silence and calm reign both day and night. Fully equipped and very comfortable kitchen too. The two bikes available are not state-of-the-art bikes but do the job perfectly to get around Senigallia. We stayed 10 days on site and 2 of these were rainy , so the couch could be transformed into a bed so was perfect for the after-night Netflix family. We have been spending our holidays in Senigallia for 7 years and Paolo's place is in the best we have occupied.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Our vacation was familiar, great hospitality and continuous availability. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you may need, washing machine, dishwasher and super equipped kitchen.... just like at home!! The location is the reason that made us choose Angela's house, and I have to say that, to get out of the gate, cross the street and be directly on the beach, for me it is priceless! Nearby there is everything you may need, right in front of the house there is a kiosk on the beach where you can have breakfast or quick snacks! In addition to the sea, the hilly area is beautiful and there are several very good proposals of restaurants that offer very good local cuisine. Highly recommended vacation!

The apartment is small but perfectly equipped and livable, beautiful terrace where we dined almost every evening, we had a great time and it is in a strategic point to visit all the attractions of the area. A few steps from the free beach and the establishments. We had a great time, and we absolutely recommend it. Thanks to Maila for all the tips and addresses of the restaurants where you can eat fish.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Location, with respect to the sea, excellent. Bathroom staff, booked by him, kind and helpful. Contained but functional accommodation. A pull-out sofa bed would be better than a fixed one. However, his constant presence was reassuring. Recommended.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.
