Very beautiful setting, beautiful breathtaking views with beautiful sunsets. Luxury home and all amenities available, only few comfortable seating inside the house, 1 sofa for 2 people. There are a lot of mosquitoes, which makes sitting outside for a while during the day or in the evening not pleasant. Rachelle and her husband are really very hospitable and thoughtful.

Gabriele was a great host, very responsive and even drove us to the beach when we weren’t able to get there on public transport.

Stunning hosting from Marco, he met with us to learn our preferences and then spent time to suggest tailored activities which were all superb. Lovely very quiet location with stunning views. Well designed villa with everything you need.

The property is highly recommended, especially with children. The pool, the animals and the many playgrounds were great. Tolentino, Macerata are also worth a visit. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.

The place was everything you could hope for. A peaceful environment, a private yard, and beautiful scenery. A spacious home that was clean and had everything you needed. Plenty to do for a small child (our 2-year-old enjoyed the holiday just as much as the adults). I would recommend it to anyone looking for lots of space, tranquility, and natural beauty. A car is necessary, but getting around was easy. We also enjoyed spending time by the sea, about a 20-minute drive away. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

The property is well maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing by the pool in the sun. Our stay at Casa Roda was an absolute pleasure!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. We stayed at Montenovo Country House for the first time this year from the 25th June to the 9th July. From the moment we first made contact to enquire about renting the apartment, the owner, Anna couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to us. On arrival, Anna met with us and showed us around the apartment and swimming pool area. Everything was just perfect and our chosen apartment called Rustico was very charming, well equipped and immaculate inside. We had a fantastic holiday here with our family, enjoying the beautiful far reaching views, the large swimming pool and the peaceful relaxing location. The surrounding area around Ostra Vetere is absolutely stunning with Senigallia beach only twenty minutes car journey away. Thank you to Anna for all your hospitality and we will definitely be returning again to Montenovo Country House again next year.
