Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Carbonia-Iglesias

Wow, where do I start. What a memorable and gorgeous Airbnb. Memorable few days in Cagliari, the free breakfast was a touch & the host was beyond helpful. The location is slap bang in the middle of where you want to be, I honestly could not recommend this place enough. Thanks Valentina for being great 😃

We spent 4 days in the quiet oasis of Carla. After turbulent days in touristy areas, your accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings are particularly impressive with their fantastic beaches, but if you are looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars, you are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (well equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh, self-picked berries and homemade cakes.

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Place and wonderful!!! Beach in front of the house. Perfectly clean house. All the things inside are made precisely for the project of Andrea who wanted to show the culture and traditions of Sardinia and landscapes in the incredible photos. Andrea is a special person. You rarely meet people like him on your life's journey. He explained everything to us calmly and was always available. And that's not all. We talked about many things. I think if we had more time, a dinner together would be a great pleasure... Thank you for everything and for the beautiful things we could experience in these few days. A big hug, Andrea. Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Thank you Eugenia, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful new and very clean apartment, furnished with excellent taste where nothing is left to chance. The terrace is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to go back!!! There is also free parking 30 meters away. The hostess is an impeccable host. Thank you very much, a nice stay, see you soon.

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very well located and spacious. It was very well appointed with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. It was sometimes a bit noisy early in the morning with street cleaning but the apartment was quite well soundproofed with windows shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is great for exploring Cagliari.

Few words other than WOW. The ever changing view of the sea & sky - sat and watched it for hours. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly host. Could not have asked for anything more. Spent time exploring the local area and the two islands - and of course the local restaurants. Our first visit to Sardinia - it will not be our last and I will most certainly see if Fabio's place is available for the next time.

Good location of the property very central to the upper part of the city. You can reach everything on foot. Accommodation is in a small alley, therefore there are only windows in the living room and bedroom, so do not expect a beautiful view. For a short trip to explore the city, the property is recommended. I would not recommend longer stays due to the location and lack of windows in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta's ! The appartment location is perfect to discover the city center of Iglesias. There is a free car park nearby for day trips along the coast as well. The appartment was well furnished and very clean. it has everything you need to cook and enjoy a nice aperitivo or dinner on the balcony. Communication with Roberta has been perfect. She is responsive and allowed for a very flexible check in. Plus she left us some drinks and snacks for when we arrived. Lovely! I would definitely stay there again !

We Loved staying here, Beautiful place! looks even better in person! Stunning neighbourhood, quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and even more beautiful places. The house was super clean and we felt right at home. Federico the Host was amazing and beyond kind to us and very responsive. Highly recommend!

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Gorgeous and extremely clean! Staying in Luca & Gabriele’s apartment you can feel the atmosphere of the beautiful city of Cagliari. Amazing location - you can get everything you need just few steps from the house. Luca was very helpful and responsive, he took care of everything we needed. He also booked the airport transfer for us which were 10/10. The apartment itself is magical! Totally worth it! Highly recommend! 💖☺️

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The furnishings are carefully designed in perfect "sea house" style, welcoming and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in this apartment, which is located in one of the nicest parts of Cagliari! The flat was spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Juan was an excellent host, and gave us lots of useful recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future!
