Massimo welcomed us in an excellent way, the apartment is great, there are all the necessary services, we even found the essentials already available such as coffee, dishwashing and washing machine detergents, oil, etc. even fresh water in the fridge, a small but much appreciated detail! The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful city. Anna Lucia was so kind to us - really elevated our stay. Relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view of Cagliari and the sea. with some wine (generously provided by Anna), is a special memory. Parking and check-in took a while, but - if you want to maximize for efficient and impersonal, that’s what a hotel is for.

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great position to visit the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Anna's house was amazing. The house was very clean, well equipped and had a pool that we enjoyed daily. Beautiful "home base" for visiting Sardinia's archeological sites and pristine beaches. Anna was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Great base for exploring Cagliari. Valentina was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean and really well located for local bars and restaurants etc. Would recommend.

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
