To be short: it was amazing. We needed a stay for one day because we were on our road trip to Sicily. We found this place and were stunned. The village is amazing, the people so heartwarming and Antonio and his parents: what should I say amazing people who were so helpful. I can recommend this place if you want to see aitea and the authentic Italian culture. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

A very good choice to stay in Cariati. A very comfortable house and a very nice and helpful host. We can honestly recomend this place to other people. We really spent there 6 magnificent days.

Lovely apartment equipped with everything you need, furnished with style by Serena and her husband, in a cool and ventilated area located in Aieta one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, chosen for its tranquility and its excellent climate, the sea is about 10/15 minutes away and there is an excellent typical restaurant nearby, Serena turned out to be a very friendly and helpful person. Tip

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

Had a great stay! Maria's brother (neighbor) received us and was super friendly. We got different fruits from the garden! The private beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The cottage has everything you need, super clean and spacious. We had wonderful days here. The garden is also well fenced, so it is nice with the dog.

Very responsive host! Flexible and accommodating! I really like his apartment because it is in a very old establishment. The internet connection wasn’t the best. The host had wine, water and juice waiting for us in the fridge! - that was a nice touch! We had a great time at his place

it was a very lovely stay. Civita is a very beautiful and peaceful village. just make sure to not drive a SUV there as the streets are quite narrow and don't trust Google maps! but the visit is well worth it, we would already wish to go again

Francesco and his family were very kind and helpful hosts. The house is in a beautiful viewpoint very close to the pollen national park to be able to make various routes in nature even during the day. We were with our dog and the huge garden of the house was perfect for her too. Tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

We had a great time at Antonio's. Unfortunately, he couldn't make it when we arrived, but the explanations on YouTube are perfect. The area is very beautiful and we were able to visit it from the accommodation which is quite central

Perfect house! Spacious, clean, cozy, with all the accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms) very close to the center of the village and in an ideal location also to find parking. The Owner was very helpful throughout our stay and fully met every need. Thank you again 🙏🏻🤗

Very kind and helpful guest, he gave us tips on activities nearby and guaranteed a very quick check-in and check-out. The house is clean, stocked, tidy, in an optimal location both for going to the sea (on the free beach or lido) and to go downtown. The country is delicious and alive, I would absolutely recommend and we would love to come back.

Enjoyed the time in this beautiful location. Very friendly hosts who were ready for our questions. Delicious cake on arrival made us feel very welcome. Honorable mention for dog Leo who met us wagging on arrival. Nice stay and recommended. Good to know: In the village there is a charging point for 2 electric cars.

The host was ready and prompt in all our requests. Quiet apartment, with attention to detail and complete with everything, it was like being in the Own house. Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

the accommodation war incredible , we felt like at home. there is everything what u would need: terrace with an incredible view, kitchen, coffee, washing machine , convenient place to park. the host is very very friendly!

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

Davide and Rosanna are everything anyone could expect in hosts, and more. Thoughtful, considerate, helpful and always with a smile and a kind word. This is the experience Airbnb clients hope for.

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

Great apartment with amazing sea view. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. David and Adela communicated well before and throughout our visit - we’ll definitely visit again soon.
