The cottage is cosy and well-kept. It’s located on top of a hill from where you can see the see and the wheat fields all around. Livia is a great host and gave us good recommendations. Definitely worth staying at if peace, quiet and nature are on your list.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Luciano sehr genossen. Die vielen kurzweiligen Tage am Pool haben wir mit einigen Strand Tagen in Porto San Giorgio gemischt. Das war eine sehr schöne Abwechslung. Das Haus war uns ein schönes zu Hause und hat alles bereitgehalten, was nötig war. Genug Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Grill und zweiter Küche in der Nähe des Pools. Die Gegebenheiten vor Ort haben auch für unsere 2 jährige Tochter und unsere fast 80 jährige Oma gepasst. Charlotte, die Gastgeberin, hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehmen. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es sehr gut, besser als gedacht, auszuhalten. Die Ventilatoren waren völlig ausreichend. Einziger sehr individueller Minuspunkt: Leider war das Lauftraining auf Grund der Straßen- und Höhenverhältnisse nicht so möglich wie gehofft. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen, die etwas weiter abseits in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten und mobil sind und Fahrtwege in Kauf nehmen.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in questo casolare tra le colline. La signora Elisabetta è stata sempre gentilissima e disponibile, bellissime le nostre colazioni nel portico e le cene sotto l'albero in giardino!

Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus und das Gelände ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns vor allem an den verschiedenen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände (Tische, Liegen, Sitzgruppe und Hängematten) sehr wohl gefühlt. Tijs war immer für uns ansprechbar, hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge und hat uns bei der Suche nach einer Werkstatt sehr unterstützt. Die wichtigsten Lebensmittel und Wein kann man vor Ort bekommen. Sehr nette Atmosphäre fast wie Familienanschluss 😊

Posto incantevole, ideale per chi cerca di trascorrere momenti in assoluto relax a contatto con la natura. Casa pulitissima e funzionale, curata in ogni particolare e di buon gusto. Ottime le torte e il cadeaux di benvenuto. Gli host sono stati gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Amano il loro lavoro e questo luogo rendendolo per questo un posto ancora più speciale. La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole vivere una esperienza di silenzio, contatto con la natura, godersi un meraviglioso cielo stellato e tanta genuinità. Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

abbiamo trascorso il periodo a cavallo di capodanno affittando tutta la casa in 4 famiglie (con 6 bambini); ci siamo trovati splendidamente, gli alloggi sono curati, forniti di tutto il necessario e con qualche elemento veramente suggestivo (bella veranda, portico panoramico, terrazza meravigliosa, dintorni molto belli, giochi per grandi e bambini, cantina dei vini, ecc). abbiamo condiviso l'ampio salone dell'appartamento al piano terra (cucinando anche ai piani sopra) comodamente in 15 persone con una grande tavolata. Daniela, l'host, era sempre disponibile per richieste, consigli e informazioni. siamo stati fortunati ad aver trovato bel tempo (pranzo dell'1 in maniche corte all'aperto) a gennaio, immaginiamo che in estate deve essere splendido

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Casey è stato chiaro fin da subito, mandandoci il manuale preciso e dettagliato su come dovevamo gestire check-in, check-out, lo smaltimento dei rifiuti con tanto di calendario, con le indicazioni precise su come arrivare alla casa; nel manuale c’erano anche consigli su ristoranti in cui cenare, su città da visitare e le spiagge più comode da raggiungere, nonché informazioni riguardo le farmacie e i supermercati più vicini. La casa era a dir poco stupenda, gli appartamenti semplici ma curati, puliti e forniti dell’essenziale. I dintorni offrivano una vista bellissima che dava sulle colline e i vigneti, e il pezzo forte di tutta la casa è stata l’ampia terrazza al piano superiore che dava l’opportunità di cenare al fresco e pranzare in mezzo al verde. Insomma, tutto bellissimo!!

It was our first time staying with Thimo and Odette. We felt like we arrived in a home away from home. The room was perfectly clean and they even provided towels for the pool or the beach! Both Thimo and Odette are lovely hosts and know their environment very well. The location includes access to both a kitchen and a pool which we loved to use. I could tell from the photos that this was going to be a great place to stay which is why I booked it a whole year in advance, and so it proved. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and nearby Ripatransone is a fabulous Marche town with lots going on including restaurants and wineries. Petra and Peter have created a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Host gentilissimi e super disponibili, alloggio adeguato e davvero pulito ..in collina a 10 minuti dal mare con panorami mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo!

Luoghi spettacolari, alloggio Menta veramente bello, comodo, fresco . I due patii unici, con un panorama stupendo. Host carini e simpatici. Presenti e reattivi alla prima chiamata. Purtroppo mi sarei aspettata magari alcuni accessori in più per la pulizia. La strada per arrivare è piuttosto impegnativa , polverosa e assolutamente non adatta a chi volesse dedicare la sua vacanza al ciclismo da strada. Ma ogni piccolo difetto è ampiamente ripagato dalla pace e dalla serenità del luogo. La piscina è il diamante della location. Andarsene non è stato facile.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend FANTASTICO ! Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Luca, in una casa tenuta estremamente bene, nei più piccoli dettagli sia dentro che fuori ! Ciascun attenzione molto delicate. Le Cana è un’oasi di pace, di tranquillità di bellezza fra colline, valle, borghi e mare, in una zona che propone tante attività. Grazie mille !!

This house was paradise. Beautiful location. Only negative is getting there.. it was a little difficult at first and with the steep hill going down to the house it wasn’t always easy to get down and up the hill. Everything else was beautiful. The house was clean and nice and there was everything we needed in there I would definitely come back here.
