Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Latina

Our stay was great. The accommodation was nice and fresh and the view was absolutely incredible. We were so well received by Andrea and it is a place we would love to return to.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Highlight: Beautiful, large terrace with stunning sea views. Everything was great. We could stay there much longer!

The stay at Titina's was really fantastic. Our apartment had everything we needed and was equipped with a magnificent private terrace with a beautiful view where you can eat or enjoy a beautiful sunset. The area is very quiet and served by the bus that runs all over the island and takes you to the port in less than half an hour. Titina was very helpful with check-in and check-out times and gave us advice on beaches and activities. Recommended for those who don't like being in the middle of the confusion and prefer to enjoy the beauty of Ponza!

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Great place to stay, Everything was as described and the view from the terrace to the sea was priceless. The location is great, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the bus are within walking distance. Mena is a great host and we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week in the ultra beautiful apartment. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything for a quiet break. The village is beautiful and there is a delicious restaurant, a small shop and a great bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

Damiano was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and very helpful and made me feel at home. The apartment is very nice and the windows in the living room and kitchen have beautiful views. This was very beautiful and peaceful and the people are very kind.

Great apartment, great location and host was great!

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and cozy apartment, in a great location also for the free parking in front of the house. A few kilometers from Sermoneta and Ninfa. We stayed in the apartment for two months — from March to May. The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great Wi-Fi and a spacious terrace with sun loungers. The host is very friendly and responsive — he always replied quickly to any questions or requests. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and starting in May, it’s equipped with sunbeds and plenty of seaside cafés. Walking along the wide sandy beach to the city center became part of our daily routine. The city center offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. The only downside of the apartment is the poor sound insulation between neighboring units. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made it super comfortable. The views were incredible, adding a perfect touch to the atmosphere—whether it was day or night, it was always a pleasure to look out. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. Amazing apartment ,just like the pictures, very clean.

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to make you have the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sunbeds and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. I highly recommend this location -- the hosts were communicative and kind. Thank you! Natasha

I found Stefania's place by necessity, and she immediately made herself available from check-in to check-out . The house was so tidy and fragrant that it encouraged me, immediately welcoming . I found a sheet with the house rules and instructions , which was very helpful. The island in front of the kitchen is very useful for both eating and working . The bed was super comfortable, and soft, all fragrant here too. Basically, the place is small on two floors but has everything you need and comfortable . Although my arrival was unexpected, everything was very pleasant . I highly recommend it . ps. Stefania took care to leave me my coffee, and this is a wonderful gesture for those like me who love it.
