We had great summerdays in Ponza at Marideas appartement with the most beautiful view at the sea! I can totally recommed it. The appartment was clean and equipped with the most necessary. Even if it is not centrally located, it is quiet, idyllic and you find little shops just around the corner. In addition, the agency was very friendly and helpful in any ways.

We had a great time! Mrs. Livia was very kind and we had a very good time. The house, surrounded by nature among playful animals and fragrant plants, is a delight for the eyes and the spirit. Definitely coming back!

The stay was pleasant, except for a few reservations, one room is quite noisy from the road, but otherwise fine. There was a bit of an issue with the use of the lawn by the kids. But I rate the place very positively and close to the sea and everything a person needs.

We spent New Year's Eve with my partner and daughter. Beautiful home, equipped with you. Board seat and toddler bed. Large shower, great outdoor veranda for eating out and enjoying the nice weather. Too bad because it rained for the whole stay but it was still pleasant to enjoy the house. Great so even in winter.

We had a fantastic time in Terracina! The flat was cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from both the city center and the main beach. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to Sperlonga, another city with stunning, sandy, and clean beaches, just 30 minutes away by bus. One of the highlights of our trip was a day trip by boat to Ponza, where we enjoyed swimming in beautiful shores. Hiking to the temple in Terracina was another memorable experience, offering breathtaking views of the city. A special thanks to Marco, the nicest host we’ve ever met. He was incredibly helpful and always available, advising us to visit all these amazing places.

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

The stay was very pleasant, perfect welcome, availability and courtesy. The house is new and well-kept. The garden with flowers and aromatic plants and a beautiful table under the patio. Access to the sea, through a private road, is just a few steps from the house. Thanks!!

We stayed at the property for 9 people between August and September and had a great time. The house was equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. We found the outdoor ceiling blades not working, but the owner, on our report, immediately provided us with a floor fan. The only "flaws" were the many mosquitoes, surely due to the fact that the gardens of the surrounding houses are watered daily, so we would recommend installing mosquito nets in order to keep the windows open without being points and finally the distance from the sea. The 10 minutes are effective, said that the passage through the residence gate is very convenient but also has opening and closing hours. In addition, the beach is not totally free so we recommend putting the umbrellas behind those of the residence. While to compensate for the distance from the sea, the use of bicycles. We still had a great time. We recommend it

I had an amazing stay at Stephania’s beach house in Sabaudia. The location was perfect peaceful, beautiful, and just a short walk from the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Stephania was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Manuela's apartment is really beautiful and a stone's throw from the sea! Recently renovated, huge, with attention to every detail, equipped with all the comforts and useful accessories to spend a vacation, feeling at home! Manuela was always kind and helpful in communications. Supermarkets just a short walk away, bar and pizzeria right in front of the gate!
