Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Latina

Vår vistelse var toppen. Boendet var fint och fräscht och utsikten var helt otrolig. Vi blev så väl bemötta av Andrea och det är en plats vi gärna skulle återkomma till.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Helt nydelig beliggenhet med en privat hage med utsikt rett ut mot havet. Leiligheten i seh selv er ganske liten og det er en sofaseng, men vi hadde det vi trengte og uteområdet var helt fantastisk

Hoogtepunt: Mooi, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Alles was super. We zouden er veel langer kunnen verblijven!

il soggiorno da Titina è stato davvero fantastico. il nostro appartamento aveva tutto il necessario ed era dotato di un magnifico terrazzo privato con una bellissima vista dove mangiare o godersi un bel tramonto. la zona è molto silenziosa e servita dal bus che percorre tutta l'isola e porta in meno di mezz'ora al porto. Titina è stata molto disponibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha dato consigli su spiagge e attività. Consigliato per chi non ama stare in mezzo alla confusione e preferisce godersi le bellezze di Ponza!

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Tolle Unterkunft, Alles war wie beschrieben und der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer war unbezahlbar. Die Lage ist Super, Geschäfte, Bars und Ristorantes, sowie der Bus sind fußläufig entfernt. Mena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der ultra schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles für eine ruhige Auszeit. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und es gibt ein leckeres Restaurant, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine tolle Bar.

L'alloggio è un gioiellino, dotato di tutto e arredato con gusto. L'host Raffaele è super disponibile e molto reattivo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è vantaggiosissimo. Sono molto soddisfatta.

Damiano was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and very helpful and made me feel at home. The apartment is very nice and the windows in the living room and kitchen have beautiful views. This was very beautiful and peaceful and the people are very kind.

Monolocale davvero accogliente nel centro storico di Gaeta, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e ristoranti oltre che alla spiaggia a circa 10 minuti a piedi, arredamento semplice ma funzionale e pulito, materasso top. Marta host super disponibile e gentile ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in casa, delicatezza da non sottovalutare assolutamente. Alloggio consigliatissimo!

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

appartamento moderno, spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e accogliente, in ottima posizione anche per la dotazione di parcheggio libero proprio di fronte a casa. A pochi chilometri da Sermoneta e Ninfa. Host gentile e disponibile per un check in fuori orario e immediato nelle risposte. Quindi consigliamo assolutamente, grazie da Anna Pia e Maurizio

We were in town as artists working on the infiorata and had a most enjoyable time staying in this petite and beautifully appointed flat. Decorated beautifully, remarkably clean and nice view of the lake. Even though the temperatures were very hot, and the unit is without A/C (it does have heat), we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we were both during the day when we would stop in for a siesta or lunch and at night. The hosts go above and beyond in amenities and hospitality. We loved it!

La casa è molto carina, dotata di mobili e elettrodomestici nuovi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 (due adulti e una bambina piccola che ha dormito sul comodo divano letto). Molto buona la posizione a solo 5 minuti a piedi dal mare dove sono presenti molti stabilimenti balneari, ottimi soprattutto se si viaggia con bimbi piccoli come nel nostro caso.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Sperlonga in Wohnung von Daniele. Wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer, Strand zu Fuss in 5min erreichbar. Wohnung verfügt über alles Notwendige und ist modern, schlicht und schön eingerichtet. Vielen Dank!

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. I highly recommend this location -- the hosts were communicative and kind. Thank you! Natasha

Francesco is a great host. He was always responsive and available. His place is a spacious 2 bedroom with a large living area and a balcony with a side view of the ocean. Great neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk to downtown and some great restaurants. My only regret is that we were traveling and could only stay one night. This is the type of town and the kind of apartment where we would enjoy staying longer.

Ho trovato l alloggio di Stefania per necessità, e si è resa subito disponibile dal check-in al check-out . La casa era così ordinata e profumata che mi ha rincuorato, da subito accogliente . Ho trovato un foglio con le regole della casa e le istruzioni ,molto utile. L'isola davanti alla cucina è molto utile sia per mangiare che per lavorare . Il letto era comodissimo , e morbido, anche qui tutto profumato . In sostanza l'alloggio è piccolino su due piani ma ha tutto quello che serve ed confortevole . Nonostante il mio arrivo fosse inaspettato è stato tutto molto gradevole . Consiglio fortemente . ps. Stefania si è premurata di lasciarmi il caffè e questo è un gesto stupendo per chi come me lo ama .

logement parfait et correspondant à la description. supermarché à proximité facile pour les courses, la mer a moins de 5 km, une heure de l'aéroport de Rome en voiture. le parking privé est un plus.
